I would either like a refund or a discount. Friday night there was a dog who howled and whined until 11pm. I called and complained and nothing was done. I went down to the lobby and nothing was done. The walls are also thin so we could here everyone running down the hallways. Saturday, in the middle of the afternoon the dog was howling and whining again. I was super frustrated. My daughter was here for a swim meet and was unable to get adequate rest due to the issues. I also think $16 for the breakfast was a bit high for what was provided. I don’t think I will be staying at this hotel again.

As you are aware, we are a Pet-Friendly hotel. It is my understanding that you that our Front Desk Agent did offer to relocated you to another room away from that particular dog, but that you declined/did not return to the Front Desk to complete the room move. Overall the room was clean but the bed spread smelled like epic BO. The TV remote needed a new battery. Since they are only cleaning the rooms every other day you would think there would be more time to be thorough

Very nice clean hotel in a safe area of Albuquerque. The king bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff was super friendly. Only negative was that it was really cold in the lobby when we went down for breafast...someone may have forgotten to turn the heat on.

Thanks for your review, Pat. There is additional parking located behind the Cracker Barrel Restaurant which will accommodate larger vehicles, including vehicles with trailers. Our guests are welcome to park in those spots as needed. Thank you.
The sheets were not 250 thread count and the comfort was not down as stated on website. Other than that, everything was great! Convenient location off I-25.

I think for the price the breakfast should have been included. Even just coffee & a muffin but instead it was $5 for coffee & the breakfast was $16 for cereal,bacon,& light stuff. Not worth it

Air conditioning was out in lobby, rooms were hot, mold around shower in bathroom, front entrance door broken.
Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly. We had great interactions with the front desk as well as the bar tender. The rooms were clean and the property was clean. The Ac was out at the bar but wasn’t too hot to stay & have a drink. The rooms were nice and kool though.

The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. There was a dog barking in the room next to us that someone had brought in without staff knowledge, so she assigned us a different room which was much appreciated. Thanks for be so considerate and accommodating!

Room was comfortable, very clean and all was great. The AC was loud so we turned on the fan thinking a constant noise would be better than an intermittent one. We were disappointed at the level of noise of the AC.

Room was very clean and nice. WiFi that night was very slow I couldn’t log in and do my work. It was working next morning. When I showered that night water was coming out of bath spout and shower head. I realized following day you must pull lever up first then turn on water. Walls are so thin u can hear everything.

Got a room where I could not see out the window past 2-story entrance building. A disappointment.
