“Adequate”

The hotel was clean, but the other people staying at the hotel were cause for concern. I saw a drug pipe in the stairwell, and as a woman I felt somewhat unsafe staying there alone.

“About right for the price”

I stayed one night just to have a bed for the night. for the price it was alright. A little older and more of a motel style but, not the worst place I've stayed. I would have rated this hotel at about 1.5 stars.

“An unexpected surprise”

I booked this room last minute. Stayed only one night. Wasn't hoping for much but was positively impressed. I will definite try to stay at this chain in the future. Price was unbeatable.

“Very nice stay for the price”

Location is very good and easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very noisy, it needs more maintenance and it needs more cleaning. In general is a very good deal for the price.

no room service for 3 day stay, was told that only happens when you book for 7 days. I had to go to front desk for coffee pack.

“never again”

The room smelled like smoke. It was old. Not dishwasher soap. Furniture old. I stayed at different hotels for the past 12 days on a road trip. This was the worse.

“Very nice for the price”

The hotel needs some maintenance but in general its location is very good, close to the airport and the University of New Mexico. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the price is very good.

“Concert visitor”

Can't beat the price. You get a great value. It was better than I expected. Beds could be softer though. Also the blankets had holes in them. But the linens were nice and clean. Having a small kitchenette is convenient.
