“had problems”
we left a piece of luggage. had turned in keys, but girl on phone, did not ask room.We had to drive back 1 hour to get it to find out we were charged $70 for room, as they claim they could not identify the room.. so did not clean room and charged us. No one semed to communicate with anyone!
“No hot water”
I stayed there for 3 days. I have never taken so many cold showers in my life unintentionally. Other than that this place was OK.
“not my favorite”
upon arriva. we found the hotel locked. and had to walk a distance to a joint hotel to register to get in. the bathroom was not clean, the bed was terrible, and the maid service did not exist.
“Not a good experience.”
Linens were NOT refilled, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth for 2 people. No hair dryer, no iron, TV bolted down. Did they cater to quests that they expected to remove items from room? I would NOT use this hotel again.
“Needs maintenance”
Nonsmoking room had tobacco odor and cigarette burns on furniture. Toilet was not clean. Towel rack was detaching from the wall. Sheets did not fit the bed and pulled out.
“Not HAPPY”
Hotel appeared unkept and outdated. There was trash from remodeling and previous long term guest under a stairwell close to the entrance of rooms and front office. The condition of the room was substandard and needed to be updated from the plumbing coming out of the shower wall to the stained carpet to the bedspread and blanket that were falling apart. The staff tried their best to accommadated our needs and be pleasant.
“Very Unfriendly Hotel”
This hotel did not have hairdryers or iron/ironing boards in room as they had been removed..Front desk attendant was very unfriendly and more concerned with her own personal business than assisting customers..
“Poor quality customer service”
We got to albuquerque early in the morning and our son had fever, eventhough we explain this to the person at the checking counter, he answered rudely that "no, no, no, checkin time is 1:00 p.m." he didn't even bother to see if there was an open room. We ended up staying at another hotel, and paying for the two nights we had reserved for previously.
“Very unkept and lots of maintenance needed”
I was already in Albuquerque for business travel and needed to stay another night for personal reasons. I had booked the reservation through Expedia and got to the hotel around 5:00pm. I was not feeling that well and just wanted a place to stay and relax. The room had no alarm clock, no iron,(even though there was a holder for one on the wall), the carpet was badly frayed and torn, the light bulb of the floor lamp had been burnt out, one of the wash cloths was dirty, and last, but not least, there was stained and discolored wallpaper in the bathrooms. There was not even a microwave in the lobby. I stayed at the hotel because I was really tired just wanted a place to sleep for the night. I did not have the energy to check back out and search for a new hotel.
“Not good”
This is the worst hotel I have ever staied at. Service was horrible. Asked several times for extra towels and more then one wash cloth but they were never brought to my room.
