“"Well Done LeBaron Courtyard & Suites"”

LeBaron Courtyard & Suites - Midtown, University Area This hotel was nice and suitable for the minor length of stay we were there. They offer a nice continental breakfast, staff were very helpful.

“Albuquerque Stay”

The only drawback of my stay is that the pool was closed for the season. A great bargain.

“Not Impressed”

This particular is somewhat older but,The tiolet rocked back and forth the trash cans were not emptied. The lock or latch on the door had only one screw and the bathtub drain was very slow almost to the point whre I was standing in a foot of water

“It's OK for the price”

The motel was OK for the price offered that weekend.

“Not what we hoped for”

The motel is older and needs to be updated. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was not clean. Glad we stayed only one night.

“Recommend to the budget traveller.”

This motel is well located, close to both the I25 and 40. The location is safe. Although the bed sheets and washroom were clean, the overall cleanliness of the room was only OK – it is an older establishment. The ‘high speed internet connection’ they advertise would need a better computer – it is at a snail’s pace. The pool is nice. Service is friendly, but not always knowledgeable. Keeping in mind that this is an inexpensive motel, I would recommend to the budget traveller.

“Good for price, some remediable flaws”

A pleasant living/sleeping space except that "non-smoking" room reeked of old tobacco smoke. Breakfast limited to cereal, breads, juices, and coffee. They ran out of towels Sunday--had to wait a couple of hours Monday morning before we could take showers! Day clerk was very helpful throughout our stay, the housekeeping staff pleasant.

“Not the best Not the worst”

It was a good price and not the worst place to stay. The bed was not comfortable. The room was clean but we were placed to close to the hotel cleaning service area so the next morning there was a lot of noise because of them getting ready to clean rooms.

“Crummy room”

I wasn't impressed AT ALL with the room we had during our stay. Its not a big deal that it was a handicapped room, however if I were a handicapped person or was a family with a handicapped family member, this room would not be acceptable. The room was way too small, the heater didn't put out enough heat and there was supposed to be french doors to the bathroom for privacy, but there were only half of them up, and on the wrong side, so There was no privacy when using the restroom at all! The shower head in the shower was supposed to be a removalble nozzle, but when putting it up to take a regular shower, it kept sliding down the track. Granted we only stayed the night, but i've stayed in nicer rooms for less money. Hopefully the other rooms were not in this bad of state. The only things that made the stay in that room comfortable were The RANGE resturant we ate dinner and breakfast in, and the fact that there were good movies on SCIFI that night. We couldnt wait to get out of there.

“Driving Through!!”

Nice hotel, but the neighborhood sucked! Somebody decided they wanted to help themselves to my cooler in the middle of the night!! I wouldn't stay there again!
