Our stay was great except for the pillows on the bed are very small and are quite soft, so they don't provide much support. They are the smallest pillows I have ever seen at a hotel. Everything else was to expectation. We didn’t stay for the breakfast so we don't have any comments there.
They could vacuum a little more often. They can ALSO give more shampoos and conditioners!!!
I mean I asked and they gave them to me but they only give 1 shampoo. 1 conditioner and 1 bar if soap

Was not satisfied with the room location. We were located as far away from the front door as you could get, top floor and all the way to the end of the hallway. We’re seniors and we had a good room the last time we were there. The desk person didn’t seem to be very concerned about our problems.
Service was great. The people working were happy willing to assist with anything we needed. It was just pleasant conversing with the front staff that was not disgruntled. She was so nice and kind

I would say that for best results management needs to be more on the grounds so that they can see what is being taken care of and what not because if you don’t tell somebody to do something it doesn’t get done
