“Pleasantly Surprised”

We booked our hotel last minute and we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort and service of this Hotel. We found the front desk employee to be very helpful and I would recommend this Hotel to others.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and towels, the TV was big, and the comforter was so comfy! The kids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub! You can eat right there and not have to find a place. The food was excellent and so were the prices. Holly from Vermont

“Dining”

Excellent hotel, especially for anyone needing to visit Albany Med. Only issue is that the lunch and dinner restaurant is not run by the hotel and is not of the same caliber. The breakfast restaurant should be made available for both lunch and dinner for hotel guests.

“Great Stay!”

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. When we inquired about the hot tub being closed for almost 24 hr for cleaning, they immediately called us when it was open. The breakfast was good and the normal variety to choose from. There was a Starbucks right there and a sports bar. The food and service were good at those places too. Towels in room were nice and fluffy, not those cheap ones you get at some hotels. I would stay here again. The Medical Center was accross the street, but we were never bothered by any noises. I liked the noon check-out, I did not feel rushed.

“A Happy Surprise”

I booked this hotel because it was convenient to the hospital where my daughter was having surgery. It turned out to be a great choice -- very attractive, spotlessly clean, helpful staff,in-room refrigerator, terrific breakfast (eggs and omelets to order, fine array of biscuits, muffins, etc.), sports bar on the ground floor that stays open late and serves good food. Reasonable prices. What more could a weary traveler want?

Was in town for our daughters college family weekend (RPI). Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the sports bar in lobby. Would definately stay again.

“Good Hotel for a Show”

the hotel is perfect if you are seeing a show at the washington armory and need a place to stay. my only complaint is the 10 dollar fee they charge to park your car in their lot, i am already paying to stay at the hotel, i should not have to pay to park there.

“Hilton is Hilton:)”

The hotel was spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable - in short everything you would expect from a Hilton. I stayed there in January for the NY bar admission ceremeny and interview. I expected the hotel to be closer to the Empire State Plaza, within walking distance, but you will actually need to get a taxi (which are not that easy to find, so better to call in advance). If you walk it will take about 20-25 minutes.
