Great location for going to MVP arena - right off the highway - easy parking and short walk well lit area. Staff worked hard and helped with everything parking instructions room needs and waitresses at the bar were amazing helping a fill capacity crowd during NcAA women's basketball playoffs - night Iowa team stayed there. stayed on executive floor with an amazing breakfast in the lounge. great stay!!

Thankfully we got there early cause Libby was packed when we went to leave for concert and when we got back we waited 45 mins in line for slow ass elevators to get to our room on 10th floor so no walking up stairs

Hotel location and staff were great. We had a room to attend a concert nearby and it was walkable. Came back to shower and the bath mat had hair on it, the trash can had someone's trash in it. It was 12am so we didn't want to bother staff that late at night. It was ok. Didn't realize that there was a daily parking fee until we got there. Nothing anyone can do about it, but there were some unhoused people outside of the hotel. Bar staff was so nice providing complimentary water when we asked for it and made sure to tip him as we didn't order any alcoholic drinks from them

We checked in at 6:00 pm, attended a concert at the MVP Arena (which we walked to) and checked out at 9:00 am the very next day. The staff was courteous and friendly. The shuttle was a welcome perk and the shuttle drivers were great. Just wish there had been more food choices available at 11pm on Sunday night. Grub Hub is expensive.

Stayed overnight after a concert, the hotel does not have public stairwells, which lots of people were unsure about how that was even legal. Hundreds of people waited in line to use four elevators just to get back to our rooms. Floors had signs for vending machines but there were only ice dispensers. Housekeeping knocked and tried coming into our room at 8:30 in the morning the day of checkout while we were still asleep. Room itself was okay - very clean and comfortable, the stay itself was less than great.

The room was freezing and I could not raise the heat no matter how many times I tried. The mini fridge froze and ruined all of the food items I brought with me. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and had toenail clippings and other filth. Very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

Located in a great area within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and things to do! Rooms could be updated - our ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a lot and the decor is outdated. Overall good place to stay and the staff is accommodating.

The ac was broken. I set the room temperature after check-in and never returned to the room until midnight and it was 80° I had a horrible night of sleep in the room was very uncomfortable.

My room was changed . And I must say the manager was nice , however the cleaning staff needs a through supervision, the property is old, dingy and dirty - the absolute accumulation of dust and filth on the chairs in the halls by elevators is totally unacceptable . I would never stay here again . I love Hilton as a brand but this hotel is sub par and needs immediate attention !

Shower gel bottle detached from wall was left on shelf, bathroom ceiling damaged and window edge poor condition. Cream coures for the coffee . Poor service at the only bar. Next morning breakfast was overheated and dry eggs at 10:00am was not renewed . Did not expect to have to buy water snacks at Reception as minibar empty like in grocery store

I like this property, but the mirror in the bathroom makes you look weird, so it was hard to apply makeup. Weirdly my closet was locked, not a big deal since it was a one night stay.

When i arrived they gave me a cheaper room, i already paid and book. Then i had to speak up for myself respectfully, then they gave me what i purchased. When i got in the room, the shower curtain was broke. Chip paint on the bedroom ceil. Mold on the bathroom ceil. The toliet was dirty. The vending ice machines were broken. I have much more to say. I have videos of the room and on the property as well with staff. I travel 2 1/2 hours away to attend an event that night. Smh so disappointed in the albany hilton hotel

The issue I had was the incidental fee I had 2 check-ins. And they tried to charge me 75$ for each day for incidental stay when I stayed in the same room it was different bookings but if I'm in the same room I've should have not got charged for each day

The breakfast staff was awful. They complained throughout the meal about hating the new CEO and how she is from NH and doesn't know anything. Breakfast was worse than a Days Inn.
