From my experience, Hampton hotels always clean, have hot breakfast buffet, swimming pool with warm water and decently comfortable beds. Hampton never disappointed before that’s why I chose it instead of other hotels for our recent trip. I was traveling by myself with my 3 kids (8, 5 and 2 years old). We arrived at hotel around 7.30pm and kids supposed to go bed by 8pm. When we arrived, the hotel internet was down and hotel representative couldn’t check us in. The representative was very calm and nice despite the situation that he was dealing with. We were promised that internet can be fixed any minute. After one hour of waiting, kids were really tired, it was already way pass their bedtime. All this time I was trying to do online check in through Hilton app and it was not successful, probably because internet in hotel was down. The representative was able to find a room for us and we get there at 10.30pm, 3 hours later after we arrived at hotel. I had to wake up my kids at 5.30am next morning to get to our destination on time. Next day, it was a nightmare for me too, I was dealing with 3 little kids who didn’t sleep enough because of such late check-in.
