“Nice stay with all the ammenities”

We required a stay in Albany for a funeral. We had two adults and two teenagers and stayed in the 2Q suite, which had a separate living room. It worked out perfect for us. We also had a mini refrigerator and microwave. There is a nice indoor pool and hot tub, although we did not use them. There also was laundry facilities if we had needed them, and a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The customer service was great. I would definitely stay here again if the situation called for a stay in Albany.

I was very impressed with the hotel and particularly with how courteous the staff was to me. The only flaws I experienced is the curtain wouldn't close, so the window covering is only sheer and there was a parking lot fully lit up outside of my room. So, it was like trying to sleep in the daytime, or early dawn.

Adequate accomodations for reasonable price in convenient location to major highway. Room floor needed to be vacuumed. Would suggest grab bars in bathroom tub/shower.

Brand New, convenient to Albany By-pass, restaurant and shopping next door, Breakfast was nice for the kids

In addition to the motel being very clean, the staff went out of their way to offer assistance and was very friendly

“Wasn't a pleasant stay”

The hotel looks good from the inside, but didn't like the customer service, they put me in a room where there is no internet access. when i asked to change my room they weren't that good with me and refused. thats the only thing that i didn't like.

Arrived after driving 14 hours; checked in and went to our room. They take a credit card in case something is broken when we leave not for the usual incidentals. As soon as we got in our room we found the bedspread torn, the bathroom door knob broken, the toilet seat falling off, and a dirty sock next to the night stand. When we alerted the front desk they upgraded us to a "suite." Which only means the room has a couch. There wasn't a refrigerator and far enough away from the elevator we needed. They took the refrigerator from out first room and brought it to our current room. We just stuck it out since we had already paid for the nights. Additionally, the pool was out of order and the work out room was closed because of a burst water pipe.
