Hotel is in a good condition. Very friendly staff, helped with some great food recommendations. A bit far from the centre, but walkable if you enjoy walking - or otherwise the bus options are decent. Was able to find free street parking very close to the hotel. Very good value for money overall.

Perfect for what we needed. Great staff, pet friendly, very comfortable beds. AC worked well. The suites could use more stocked utensils, although the placard invites you to ask for needs, which we did. But more than only the VERY minimal basics, why not 2 wine glasses, more than only 2 pans to cook with? It would be helpful, as would an actual mini frig in addition to a minibar. In all, a pleasant stay and would definitely stay again.

Disappointed with check in
Sercotel is a nice property in a good location and was great for what we needed. The only complaint I have is upon checkin they refused to reimburse us one night’s lodging when our plans changed. They said that because we went through a third party they were unable to do anything about it

Nice Place to Stay In Vitoria-Gasteiz
Overall a good place to stay. It is about a half mile from downtown and has free parking. It is clean and staff are helpful.

Easy access and practical stay on travel
We had a good stay. Something must have happened in the cleaning because the drawer of knives were full of water. They were friendly and helped us to print out needed papers. Our dog liked the room but outside is very little dog friendly trees available :)

Comfortable and convenient for stay or shop
Great Suite and comfortable To have a sofa would be lovelier then just a chair I guess. Kitchen OK but no kettle front desk lady was very nice and sended in one for me. Nice mall just beside making it very convenient.

Rooms smelled on cigarettes, and light bulbs were falling out if the ceilings. Location far from city center on the parking lot of a shopping center. Checked out half an hour after arrival and changed to the NH hotel in the center.

The front desk staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, they only had one bike we could rent. To get to Old Town or a park, we had to walk at least fifteen minutes to get there. This made it hard on a one night stay to see all the things we wanted to see.

Practical, good service, away from the centre.
Realy good service and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Clean and well maintained. Furniture, fittings and decor is practical but a little bare. Situated in a commercial district, near a large shopping complex. 20 minute walk to the town centre through the less attractive side of Vitoria-Gasteiz.

Nice place and nice location
Good access to the highway and many destinations. It wasn't difficult to locate with Google Maps. Free off-street parking. Contemporary style, comfortable, clean and a helpful, friendly staff.

Great hotel with good amenities nearby
We were going to ARF. The hotel was a bit of a walk to the old city and stadium but taxis are reasonable. Boulevard shopping centre next door was a bonus - supermarket and great cafe Charlottes. Hotel itself was clean and spacious. Water available in the lobby, bar reasonably priced - coffee, fresh orange juice and beers. Didn't eat in the hotel but the food looked good. Lovely room, great AC and shower. Bed comfy, sheets and pillows crisp and clean cotton. Junior suite has kitchen facilities so you can eat in if you want. Felt like a safe area and was quiet at night. Reasonable and direct walk to bus station. Would recommend if you don't mind being on the edge of the old town. Good value for quality and price.

Good deal for the price.
Excellent hotel for the price. For extended stays, get the suite which includes a kitchenette. The Eroski super market near by offers a great variety for a home cooked meal away from home. On the other hand, the mall has a few restaurants (everything walking distance) that are a great alternative. I always stay there when visiting Vitoria.

On arrival were told that restaurant closes at 15.30. No probs used massive s/market next door. Toilet & bidet were loose and moved,shower slippery. Where's H & S when you need them? Ask for a room that looks at anything other than the huge office block next door.

Handy position
Friendly efficient staff. Room large and airy. Good to be able to open window or door for fresh air if use to sleeping with window open. Location ideal as situated between city and rural areas but within walking distance of both. Handy to have cafe/restaurant/bar on site and supermarket and shopping mall adjacent. Only complaint was smell of stale smoke in room despite requesting non-smoking room. Otherwise would not hesitate to return.

Vitoria Hotels
This hotel is extremely convenient to get to and leave the area but it is about a 20 minute walk to get to the old quarter. Whilst this is not a problem during the day it is if you want to return to the hotel before going out in the evening. A little disappointed the hotel did not have a decent restaurant and it was difficult to find a reasonable restaurant. However, there are many tapas and pintxos bars in the old quarter which all looked very good. Vitoria Gasteiz is a most fascinating city and the two days we spent there was not long enough. We will be returning to the same hotel especially to visit the Santa Maria Cathedral to see the progress and visit other places we did not have time to see.

Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria
A nice hotel away from the centre of Vitoria close to a large shopping complex. Free parking and hotel had an excellent value Junior Suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffees at the bar were good value. It was easy to drive into central Vitoria and eat fab Pintxos.

Very nice hotel
I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Vitoria or the surrounding area. The rooms were very modern looking and decorated wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. It had the feel of a fancy, hi-class hotel for a decent price. It was very clean and the staff was polite. The parking was free and there was plenty to choose from. Right behind a very large mall with a supermarket if you wanted to go shopping or needed anything. We enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Las partes comunes las he visto muy bien pero las habitaciones un poco deterioradas, la ducha no tragaba bien el agua y el lavabo no tragaba nada y lo arreglo mí marido.
