Well we used for a stop over of 1 night as they accepted our 2 Springer Spaniels who are well behaved.
Only fault was the aircon wasn't working and some one had left it on hot !
It was a lovely large room and bathroom.
Did have trouble finding it via our sat-nav. Took us to the right road but it was much further along over 4 roundabouts.
Can't fault it for value for money . Plus there was a good restaurant next door if one was hungry.
The room could be considered 5 star, but all other facilities were average. Although the one staff at reception and one lady doing cafe, bar and restaurant bar were nice, the hotel is necessarily understaffed during low seasons and so service takes awhile. Not a real spa, must be booked in advance due to limited facilities

I was a lone female with two sons ages 10 and 14yrs travelling to meet my neice. The staff were exremely helpfull and friendly from the maids to the porters. The breakfasts were to die for even filling my teenage son!!The set lunch time menu @ 17 euros was freshly prepared tasty and wonderfull value inclusive of bread, water wine and coffee, worth the walk back from town.
This hotel is extremely convenient to get to and leave the area but it is about a 20 minute walk to get to the old quarter. Whilst this is not a problem during the day it is if you want to return to the hotel before going out in the evening. A little disappointed the hotel did not have a decent restaurant and it was difficult to find a reasonable restaurant. However, there are many tapas and pintxos bars in the old quarter which all looked very good. Vitoria Gasteiz is a most fascinating city and the two days we spent there was not long enough. We will be returning to the same hotel especially to visit the Santa Maria Cathedral to see the progress and visit other places we did not have time to see.
