2/5 Poor
"Noise room. Food limited, need to pay 3 euro for fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Cheap quality of food. Staff training needed in this hotel. English language training needed in this hotel.
Overall don't expect 5star. Customer paid 5 star price but on arrival it's 3 Star in this hotel in my options. "

"I enjoyed my first stay so much I extended and after a short break came back again.
I have already submitted reviews about the hotel/restaurant/reception/foods/rooms etc.
Last but by no means least is the whole pool beach area. Not all perfect at least for me, and to add an honest review I will say why.
Most importantly the whole personal/ pool bar & waiter service team are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble at all. So please be sure to tip well individually and why not throw in your small notes and coins to the various tip boxes you will see around the complex. Don't forget the one in reception of the Irish pub too!
Not everything can be perfect, all of the time, and for me in the winter months I found the beach music too loud and full on. That said, it might be fine for most. But, from dawn to dusk of heavier music I needed to escape to BOHEME side where the music choices were more elegant let's say :)
To step from varbto beach in a few steps is always great though.
Now for a bit of a downer but very relevant feedback. I don't want to mention names, but there is a sort of supervisor from my own country UK allegedly, who gave a member of beach staff a bit of a dressing down right on the beach in front of us guests. I thought this was shameful, and unnecessary. A great manager always takes someone aside quietly if there is an issue.
I was mortified and don't like to hear someone saying "I am the manager". We are on holiday, we don't need to know this!"

"Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise. "
"very nice place, clean and very beautiful, with a lot of attractions for kids and adults, but too noisy till very late at night and for my taste - hard to sleep. maybe the place fits more for young adults and less for families with kids"
"I enjoyed the whole experience.
Pro's & Cons.
Pros; The hotel food was really good. I really appreciate that for the 7 nights I stayed, there was different types of food available.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to print out our boarding passes by the reception free of charge.
My room was cleaned everyday and the cleaner reminded me to change the sign on my door if it needed cleaning, as I was quite forgetfull. I wish I saw the lady who cleaned my room the day I left so I could tip her.
There are events for the children every evening, which was entertaining for them and kept them happy.
The location was perfect because once we stepped out of the hotel, the beach was a minute away, there restauarents, supermarkets, convenience stores and clothing stores scattered everywhere.
This is a really good hotel which was a great price booked here on expedia.
Cons;
The hotel room we booked stated "Double Bed" once I booked it. We were given 2 single beds pushed together. The sleep I had because of this was uncomfortable every night.
The change of towels provided by hotel cleaning staff had stains on them, which I gladly didn't use.
It is impossible to get a sunbed at the hotel because people would leave there towels at night and hotel staff would take them off and put them all back by 6am.
7 nights and not a single time could I get a decent sunbed as they were all unfairly hogged by people. And when you go to the beach they charge you for them."
