"My most horrible experience in Al Khobar. Don’t understand how you give 8+ rating to this property where 1. No Internet facility and the IT guy says he can’t do anything about it. 2. After checking in the room, you don’t find a single Towel. When you ask they just bring one towel, no hand towel. No hangers to hang your blazer. 3. Worst Housekeeping staff I have ever seen, very arrogant and indisciplined 4. No Room service Menu, no bar code in the room to even ask for anything. Room service staff also beating Housekeeping staff in Arrogance 5. Worst Breakfast for the charges they take 5. I will never ever stay at such place again and will also switchover from Hotels.com to someone else for my future bookings if I find any other stay like this in my next bookings with you guys."
