I stayed at this property multiple times. It really dropped in quality and service. Also, profiling of customers and what rooms and welcome stuff (fruit plate or cookies l, etc) to give them is evident. I cannot tolerate this and will no longer stay at this property

The resort is good, a little bit old but still okay, the room is spacious and very clean. I liked the bathroom, it was spotless and renewed.
The beach was great, full of services and activities especially for kids.
The resort's gardens need more attention and development.

Was really disappointed on my last trip, they never used to be as unprofessional as they were this time. The building is old and needs maintenance, toilets were leaking! Fan in the toilet not working! Room stinks of perfume trying to cover cigarettes smell and from the moist old carpet!
And the service ! No one cleaned the room and we requested then to do so, they replied that they already did! After speaking to them again and again! They didnt clean it, they sent someone to investigate!! That and many other disappointing acts from unprofessional staff made us leave with no plans to ever return.

everything was up to my expectations. The room didn't have a sea view. The private beach is 5-min walk. the rooms are in a very good condition.

Had booked a suite for a 1-night staycation to get out of town for a bit. The room was alright although not what I had in mind (size and arrangement). There were some stains on the living room sofa and the furniture generally felt a bit worn out; although I think the hotel is in the process of being renovated. Their beaches are nice but a bit smaller than I expected. Had booked a romantic dinner by the beach, which was fantastic. Well arranged and food was great too. Breakfast buffet was good and they are taking precautions for COVID; the buffet is cordoned off and a server is present to serve you the food that you want. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend it if you’re looking for a short staycation.

OK experience, specially given context
It was a fine stay, but the hotel is not a standard 5-star. Condition is fine, but a bit dated.
The hotel was full, and the breakfast facility got overcrowded.
The beach was fine as well, specially for women, that can freely wear a bikini. However, also too overcrowded, given its size.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have mix feelings to write this review. This is a big property that is poorly managed.
The staff are not the problem, they are very nice people and helpful all the time. Here is my take:
- Property is old and I would assume last renovation was probably 10 years ago.
- Rooms: Big mistake of having a split door between two rooms. This will allow noise to transfer easy as if you want it to happen. (Renovation idea: close all doors between rooms/ or limit them).
- Food & Beverage Options: very limited; for some strange reason we liked the room service food menu & we extremely disliked the restaurant buffet both for breakfast and dinner.
- Transportation from and to the beach: Terrible! only 1 golf cart. You need to know how to manage bottlenecks meaning fix the peak time transportation. You need to measure and collect data to understand when is it peak and low so you will be prepared to solve transportation.
- The beach: a beautiful private beach that is in the hands of a poor management. Number of staffs serving the area is low. You need to at least double the floor people numbers.
*Cigarette butts are all over the place. If you are going to allow smoking then have a cigarette ashtray stand next to each set of beds. This at least will limit the problem.
- You can easily have activities/entertainment to do at the beach that will engage people to participate "Kids and Adults".
More ideas: You can have birds zoo, butterfly zone. You have a big property utilize it.

This place is one of the best places I have stayed inn. It has a great location on the Arabian Gulf with a very nice and private beach area, pool, fitness centre. The staff are very friendly and everyone there is doing his/her best to make you having a pleasant stay. Food is great. I will defiently come back if I can.

Nice Location Needs Renovation
The hotel is located in the proximity of most points of interest in Jubail. Unfortunately the hotel is dated and is in desperate need of updating guest rooms and facilities, which I believe is underway.
Great hotel. Staff are great, attentive and speedy. Everything from room service takes "25 minutes" :). The food was great, i was pleasantly surprised and it wasnt too expensive either. Any problems were attended to with a few minutes of enquiring about them. Some of the hotel was being renovated but this was close to finishing and as I was out most of the day it was no issue. The new rooms look lovely (had a peak through an open door). The gym is fairly good although it could possibly benefit from being a couple of degrees lower. The beach are is good, nice to relax. Wish i had more time not working to try the mini golf :)
