Staying at The Intercontinental Dubai Festival City was a very good experience. Because of their continuing good service, I stayed there three times, and each stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room and bathroom is always super tidy. And the staff are always very helpful and attentive to everything I need. The food service is also very good, as well as the resturant and the bar in the ground floor. I haven't been to the swimming pool or the gym so I can't give my openion about those, but the rest are very good. But I'd stay away from the minibar because their prices are higher than many hotels I've been to. But overall, the hotel is worth the money and makes the stay in Dubai very pleasant.

This hotel more than exceeded my expectation. It was awesome from the second I walked in. Big smiles and great staff. Awesome room. Perfect size and very cozy. Little 2 seater couch, bed, desk everything. There is an awesome gym on the 5th floor. The free breakfast is amazing- don't miss out one that one. I couldn't believe how nice it was. You can't go wrong here! I promise
I booked this hotel for our last night in Dubai. Sadly the hotel doesn't have any services available yet (only opened 2 weeks ago), no pool access, no salon, no gym, no spa. Pretty much everything we wanted to stay here for was unavailable. Sad that it is listed on Expedia when it is misleading. They didn't even have a menu in the restaurant, but that aside there is a really good chef and we had a really nice dinner and breakfast by telling him what we wanted based on the ingredients in the kitchen. I complained to the manager in the morning when I was told I wasn't allowed to use the pool (final straw), he let us keep the room till the evening at no extra cost as we had a late flight as a way of an apology. Will be really nice once everything is in place but just not there yet.
Within the Int airport complex is this perfect, luxurious hotel 2 floors up from arrivals and one floor from duty free & cafes/restaurants. A great nights sleep & on to the next leg! Easy to find and efficient friendly staff to meet tired travellers
