I am sorry that you feel upset. As soon as you complained about your shower, we offered to move you to another room, as maintenance was not available at the time to fix your shower. You said you did not want to move rooms, so we allowed you to take a shower in another room and stay in the room you were in. Also you say there is no vending, we do have drinks for sale in the lobby, but no snacks.Then, we found out you had broken hotel rules by having a cat in your room. There are signs in the lobby, it is stated on the paperwork you signed at check in, and you were also told by front desk staff at check in, that no pets are allowed. Yet you still tried to say that you did not know you could not have a pet. Then when you were told you could not extend, due to having the cat, you argued with the manager.

When a guest makes this type of complaint, we have the room inspected and sprayed.

We never charged you for your stay with us. So i'm not sure where this is coming from? You never arrived for your reservation and it was cancelled. No one at the hotel charged you anything for this reservation. You made the reservation without any credit card details so we dont even have your card information to charge you nor does Expedia.

I'm sorry to hear about your rating but I'm confused to how its fair being that you've never stayed with us. Your reservation was marked as a no - show and we waived all the cancellation fees so that you weren't charged anything for not checking in.
