It was unfortunate that I wasn't able to purchase a drink at the Garden Cafe when not having buffet dinner. Only buffet dinner guest are allowed to go in.

The Hotel itself is clean, large and very beautiful. Unfortunately for those early risers, there is no coffee until 6 am. The rooms need a two cup coffee maker. The restaurant doesn't allow its guest to drink alcoholic beverages with those who are non drinkers. Try and wrap your head around that stupid policy.

Great stay at Hennan Garden. Easy access to beach, great service and staff. I love the breakfast with great selection. Pool was lovely. Room was comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Analynn in restaurant was awesome. Staff were very friendly and service great. Only issue for me was extra charge for 3rd person just charge extra for breakfast property was clean and enjoyed swim up bar.

The biggest selling point for this hotel is its garden and pool area which has a luxury feel. The rooms are basic but have everything you need. Breakfast buffet was OK. Location is pretty good - it’s a short walking distance to the beach.

Greedy company
The hotel itself was fine nice pools very polite staff. The breakfast was awful but they are in the main catering for Asian people especially Koreans. Adding a wider variety of fruits yoghurt and things like bacon would help to improve things. I am However disgusted that they took an 8000 pesos about £130 deposit from me as cover for any expenses. I didn’t have any as paid as I went along and this has not been refunded to me.

Love the place. Stayed there for 4 days and loved it. It’s way better access going to the beach than other Hennan Hotel. Friendly staff. Even upgraded my room. Food is a bomb. Highly recommended and would love to stay there again if ever I’m coming back to Boracay. 😊😊😊 Love from Australia

Arguably the Most Accommodating Hotel in Boracay
Make sure to look for Alexa from the Front Desk. She allowed us to check in early and have an upgrade of room without additional fees. She was really accommodating. I would definitely come back here in Hennan Garden for my next Boracay trip.

GREAT RESORT IN STATION 2!
I’ve been to Boracay before and stayed at a few locations. Although I wanted to stay in Station 1, I was drawn to how beautiful this resort was. I enjoyed the daily free breakfast because there was a great selection and they change it up every day. I would’ve loved more Filipino food but it was still great. The resort was clean and the service was great from check in to check out I felt at ease. Props to Kuya Ely from the pool bar who went above and beyond with serving us with our drinks and food. I upgraded my pool view to pool access for two nights and I absolutely loved it. It was great to have the pool right outside my door and not have any restrictions in using it. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a tub and a separate shower. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

The room was immaculate with a great view and a TRUE balcony to hang out on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Even with the location being right in the midst of Station 2, while their and hanging out poolside you feel very much like you are in a relaxing quiet environment. The onsite restaurant offer a lot of good menu choices for very reasonable prices as well. Room service, house keeping, check-in and all staff were great.

Day poring rain sent girlfriend to pool towel bar and was refused towels cause we didn’t have pool card , 6 people were using the acre size pool area and sitting at the pool bar soaking and freezing , demanded towels and finally got one , day two went to beach stayed till 11:30 an returned to un made room , called to have service , room was cleaned and towels removed but not replaced , woke and showered realizing we didn’t have any bath towels , used old wash cloth for drying , at check out I reported this to upper Managmentt and was Repeatedly denied my side of the story them telling me that I called for replacement towels the morning of the shower when they fully well aware that they just took my jowls and didn’t replace them manager was rude and she did not consider the guest first and foremost I’m a westerner and they call that a five-star hotel I give it Two star for service

This was a very beautiful resort with easy access to the beach. The front entrance is located in a rather off-putting area, but inside is clean, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. The staff was super friendly - always a nice smile and greeting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety that will appeal to all cultural tastes. The dinner buffet was much more oriented toward Korean tastes, but there is a little something for everyone if you aren't too picky.

Great clean and well managed place, we enjoyed our stay! Awesome pool and It’s located right by the beach (not beach front but almost) . This property is also great for family it has multiple pools on site. I would definitely recommend this resort and would like to comeback next year. Thank you!

I contacted the hotel but cant even be reached by the phone. You call that 5 star hotel? So i contacted the hotel by sending an email to move my date. They said no because it is fully booked. When i searched online that i still could book a room online on the date that i was kindly asking. They are just greedy and want money.

The property and resort were beautiful, the pools and grounds especially. The staff was wonderful, incredibly helpful and gracious - especially Marlynn at the on site cafe! We chatted with her every day and she took great care of us. The bartenders were terrific, as well. The Kai Spa was amazing! Great experience.

WiFi can be improved

Wonderful property with a first-class staff! Beach front in station #2 not as good as years past. Littering still prevails on the beach front and cigarette butts abound in the sand.

Excellent property in the heart of station 2 and the shopping district. Beach access is within a few minutes from your room. Large property with very nice pools and gardens. Good food and well trained friendly staff.

My Hennan Garden Resort experience
awesome experience......really for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of city life......needs some improvement on the TV (rather small), some drapes to keep the glare of sunlight in the morning, put a jacuzzi and a free shuttle to and from the hotel like other well-established prime hotels
