“Flexibility”
I was pleased that the hotel let me have the room from the time I arrived until the time I left. i.e they fitted to my flight times. It would be good if Expedia could arrange this beforehand with the hotel as there is no point in me using an agent if the flight and hotel do not fit together.
“Self contained holiday resort”
Friendly and clean hotel, with plenty to do for all. Gorgeous clean beach. Secluded. Ajman itself is different from Dubai and Sharjah so if you wanted to eat out it was a little bit of trek. Would definately go back but maybe during a cooler period of the year so I can fully partake of all the facilities
“Quality Time In UAE”
Everything was perfect but the internet access . I had to pay GBP 25,00 / day . However , if you will have GHA membership - you need to persist on it - then you will use internet as a complimentary . Just ask for the form to be fill out to enroll it . If you will stay in Kempinski Ajman ask for receptionist Anna and she will organise everything for you in any case . She was fantastic . Worth to go that place . Reasonable price and really good service and so on ..

“Never again: don't go.”
Total disaster. This was our third holiday there having spent over a week there in both 2008 and 2009. The hotel had deteriorated so much in the last year that we will never go there again and we will definitely tell our friends not to go there - we live in Dubai so we could recommend this hotel to many friends if it was good, The only good thing about the location is the beach. The bedrooms are small (which to be fair we knew) but were not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, the drains in the bathroom stank, the general cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The selection of food was dreadful and extremely expensive when compared to 5* hotels in Dubai. There was a general lack of staff to help you at all times. Having had two very enjoyable holidays there in the past we were very disappointed with our experience this year and will definitely not be going back there again and I would urge anyone to think very carefully before booking to stay there.
“Lacks Restaurant Choices”
We only had a couple of days to visit and just wanted to relax. The ocean and beach area were great. The room was great and the bed and pillows were of exceptional quality. HOWEVER, the food choices were very limited. The restaurant choices were limited and the small eateries didn't open until 11am leaving few choices in the am except the buffet, which did not impress us. Looking for another alternative for our next Dubai visit.
“Not a five star hotel”
We have visited the area at this time of the year for the last nine years. This was our first visit to this hotel and it offered the poorest value for money. We had opted for the Executive package which I would not recommend. The K-lounge on the 7th floor is too small and smoking is permitted even though food and drink are served. The 'free' broadband there is a joke, with simple e-mails taking up to two hours to download. This hotel itself is a snapshot of the 1970's. By modern standards the bedrooms are cramped lack adequate lighting. The bathrooms are miniscule and poorly equipped. On the plus side: 1. The A/C works well. 2. The catering is excellent. 3. The service is excellent. 4. The staff are excellent. 5. The gardens and beach are excellent.
“Not impressed”
This was not our first time in Dubai, but we felt we would stay somewhere slightly away from the centre. Well it certainly ticked that box. Situated at the end of the seafront adjacent to the harbour breakwater/ channel. Upon arrival neither of us were impressed. The hotel seemed dated, with a small pool area. The beach was nice enough but for the watersports you had to stay wihin the beach area.We took the executive club option which was well worthwhile except for the fact that smoking was allowed in public placesand at times we felt we were being fumigated.Eating was expensive.
“i highly recommend it”
If you are looking for a beach and relaxing holiday then this is for you, there is no shops near by. The hotels bus service will take you into Dubai to the shops.
“Excellent service and good beach...”
