“Excellent location, friendly staff”

Overall, we were happy with our stay. The location is very convenient and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel and room are what to be expected for a two star hotel, old and in need of modernizing. Very close to shopping, eating within the Citidel. We had trouble finding the hotel as we had the incorrect address.

“Excellent location”

5 minute walk from the centre - excellent views of the bay if you get a balcony room. Great service with a very friendly atmosphere. Only draw back was the simplicity of the room perhaps, and the noisy drainage - but fine otherwise.

“OK for 1 or 2 nights.”

The hotel was easy to find, but parking could be a slight problem in high season. We stayed in late May and were lucky to be able to park in a designated space directly outside the front door! We thought the hotel was a bit expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip and provided less overall quality. Sister hotel The Tilbury next door is 3* and you can use their pool facilities.

“Little over priced for room standard”

hotel appears to be run as part of its superior sister hotel adjoining which has the pool in the pictures. Friendly service and reasonable breakfast with excellent location 2 mins from old cite.
