Difficult to find with our GPS, there is not actual address to load. Location is dreadful between factories. We never tried the Kyriad's restaurant, it was unavailable the days of our stay. The local area has no decent restaurants of its own. We found a "Paul" pastry store and bought pastries for breakfast. We were surprised to find that the grocery store was closed on Sunday in the town. The shower wall in our room was made of wood and had not been properly sealed. It"s shower head sprayed water in all directions causing a flood outside the shower stall.

Excellent value at the price we got from Expedia! Room extremely comfortable and hotel well kept. 15 minutes or so walk to centre. On balance we are glad we took the option of staying outside and leaving the car there as parking and traffic a bit of a nightmare in town.
Will look out for Kyriad group hotels again.
We were surprised at how beautiful the hotel and grounds were. The hotel had country comforts although it was only minutes from the center of town. We dropped out bags, had no trouble parking and were off to see the town. We would highly recommend this hotel.

After travel plans fell through we needed somewhere in Aix-en-Provence to stay pretty quickly, and we managed to book online that day very quickly and easily, and the staff were expecting us when we arrived. They were polite and friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, with an enormous bathroom.
Stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable bed, roomy bathroom with separate WC. Excellent s/c facilities but bring your own washing-up liquid, drying cloth etc. for times when you don't need to load the dishwasher (2 d/w tabs supplied). Garage at bottom of hill has food shop OK for essentials. Pool lovely but has ladder not steps so not suitable for some disabilities. It is also quite deep, even at the shallow end so not suitable for non/nervous swimmers. Bowling alley almost opposite has a bar and a takeaway pizza shop.
We kicked-off our week in Provence with two nights at this wonderful hotel in Aix-en-Provence. Friendly staff, spacious room, insanely comfortable bed and upscale room amenities (including very good wifi). What we took advantage of most was the location. Just a few blocks from the Cours Mirabeau, we headed to this famous boulevard where M.K. Fisher spent her time in the 60's writing about food and culture to see for ourselves the fountains that line the tree-lined thoroughfare. The hotel is also close to a wonderful patisserie for morning coffee and pastry.
Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the this wonderful town. Also recommend getting directions if you're driving!
Loved my room (419-- balcony, killer view). Well located about a 10 minute walk to the center city but limited parking on premises (garage nearby). Restaurant at hotel mostly ignored--too many wonderful restaurants in the open air. There's a pool next to an ancient wall that I never tried. Spa on premises
The hotel is very closely located. Central to all locations including the train station and particularly Gare Routiere, if you are flying in. My husband and I are hard critics when it comes to hotels and both of us loved the hotel. The hotel only opened in January 2014, so everything was brand new. Clean, luxurious and beautiful and service was also a top notch. It deserves all the praise the hotel can get and I would certainly recommend this hotel when visiting Aix-en-Provence.
