We had 2 stays here, before and after our boat trip and they stored our luggage for us. This is a very nice hotel and there is a great choice of restaurants near by. This seems to be the more up market end of the town as regards places to eat and there is a lagoon for swimming in just close by and the hotel has its own swimming pool. You cannot swim in the sea with out a stinger suit, there are very nasty jelly fish causing serious injuries if stung so don't. We were upgraded on our first stay and wifi is free and available in your room. Very comfortable room with tea, coffee etc and a good size fridge. We were sea view with a balcony. Good staff, great place.
So pleased to arrive and find this Accomodation was clean with comfortable beds (a big plus in my book) and had all amenities, including being opposite the new Hamilton island Ferry pick up point. Plenty of parking and a great free breakfast. (Help yourself tea etc, juice, toast, yoghurt, fruits, baked beans, porridge) We walked into the restaurants and shops. Very reasonable and highly recommended.

I stayed in this studio apartment for 5 days from 30th August 2014. The location, though on higher ground, is excellent from the point of sea and beach views, which I enjoyed very much from my hotel balcony. . The white cockatoos (a dozen of them) visited me everyday during the breakfast time and feeding them added to my pleasure. They were friendly and affable.
We had a lovely stay at the Coral Sea Resort. The pool and views were amazing! The free breakfast was pretty good, and the service was great! The staff was so friendly! Everything was clean and wifi was free! I would recommend this to anyone for a stay at Airlie beach wanting to go out and see the Whitsundays.

"Well-appointed, convenient to walk to restaurants"
Marina Shores is well run, with comfortable, well-appointed apartments. It is close to a walkway where you can walk to restaurants, in to Airlie Beach, or go the other way to Cannonvale to other cafes. Great fun, and a good team.
I only stayed 3 nights, but would have loved to stay a lot longer. The room was a great size, wonderfully clean with a balcony that looked over the one of the pools and also good views of the bay and marina. Stroll along the fantastic boardwalk and footpath that leads to Cannonvale in one direction and Airlie Beach centre in the other direction. The Hotel is in a great location, as it is peaceful and quiet but not too far from the vibrant centre of Airlie. On arrival the staff were so helpful, showing me on a map where things were and telling me what activities were available both at the Hotel and surrounding areas. Just a great weekend,
staff were friendly and helpful and replied quickly to questions we had. arranged air port transfers and reported booking promptly.10 minute walk to town for eats and drinks.unit air con worked well so room stay cool, also fans to add to the comfort. there is a fridge, micro wave, cook top ,tv (foxtel - limited)all cooking utensils, plates ,cups etc, ironing board and iron too.unit was neat, clean and roomy enough for us to relax (2 people)veranda at front was good for a evening drink or snack.pool was clean and quite long for a bit of a swim.only a couple of minor down points,a bit of traffic noise from the street but not noticeable with door closed and front drive way from the road quite steep but only short length. a great place to stay if you don't want to pay the earth, quiet with good access to town.
