“Geneva deal”
If you don't mind to get back to France every night, it's a confy place
“Never go there”
Terrible hotel! They never clean rooms! One person works in hotel!! And when check out, they asked 120 Euro for cleaning!!!
“Dont be put off by location”
Transport to and from the centre of Geneva was easy - a bus right outside the hotel was very regular; even into the evening. Ignore worries about ot 'being in France' - the boder was mostly unmammed and no more of a problem than a set opf traffic lights. Hotel staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Main areas were also of a high standard (3+ star) . Room (apartment) was NOT 4 star standard. Typical 3 star in France. OK but not great
“I'd it it again”
This hotel/apartment is in a decent location. The room was big enough for a family of four. The AC would not get cool until I did an adjustment to the AC outside. I doubt if the hotel staff or maintenance would have know to adjust this particular knob. It's a low cost cab ride from the airport. It's also a low cost bus ride into Geneva. Local grocery stores and restaurant reduce the cost of the trip. Very helpful staff. I felt safe and clean. Pool was operational. A European Three-Four star.

Pros: Very nice hotel in good location for touring surrounding areas. Friendly unintrusive staff. A very nice heated pool at the back of the hotel in pleasant garden surroundings. Apartment a good size with most required facilities. Cons: Was surprised that the room wasn't serviced at least once while we were in it (three night stay, and we had to dispose of our own rubbish from the bins. Maybe that's the way things are done in some French hotels. Aside from that though, a very enjoyable stay.
“Not a very pleasant experience”
I stayed here for four nights. First, location is nice, nearby restaurants and a large hyper market to buy any stuff. On the downside, they claim to be a 4 star, but I think it is not more than 2 star. I have stayed in hotels for past 15 years and haven't seen a 4 star like this before. The furniture and carpet in the room is almost worn-out, or broken, A/Cs don't work, bathrooms are so dirty and old. Also internet didn't work for two full days. Beware, they don't clean your room or toilet if your stay is less than a week. After all this, they made some wrong entry to my credit card which I am chasing now. It wasn't cheap.

L'hotel ha un costo ragionevole rispetto alla media di Ginevra ed offre belle stanze con servizio molto cortese, facilities di buono standard ed ottima viennoiserie a colazione. Purtroppo è in Francia, quindi abbastanza lontano dal centro. La spesa per il taxi per andare in centro è sui 40-50 CHF

Hotellet är i Frankrike men det ta med bus 10 minuter att ta sig i stan.

pratico, pulito, discreto, appartamento ben attrezzato, vicino a centro commerciale e aeroporto e fiera ginevra.
“Wenn die Lage nicht wäre . . .”
Der grösste Vorteil des Hotels ist die Lage, wenn man Genf zur Messe will. Nur 2 - 3 Minuten mit dem Auto sind fast unschlagbar. Ansonsten ist der Service eher schlecht, abends musste ich mehrfach eine Bedienung im Restaurant suchen bzw. an der Rezeption anmahnen. Eine tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer findet nicht statt, man findet das Zimmer und das Bad so vor, wie man es morgens verlassen hat. Im Ganzen bedarf das Hotel einer Modernisierung, viele Teile der Einrichtung sind arg abgenutzt. Es passt auf Grund der Lage für Messebesuche in Genf für Leute mit eher geringen Ansprüchen.
