“Hotel das einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht gerecht wird.”

Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich gebracht. Das Einrichtungskonzept ist nicht stilvoll, sondern wirkt für ein Haus dieser Kategorie nicht stimmig. Größtes Problem ist allerdings die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, sowie die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Umgang mit Beschwerden. Ohne kleinlich zu sein, finden sich viele Bereiche im Zimmer die nicht gereinigt wurden. Staub, ungesaugte Böden, sowie alte Teppiche laden nicht zum Wohlfühlen ein. Meine Beschwerden wurden leider als Provokation gesehen und nicht konstruktiv diskutiert. Positiv: Mir wurde ein Ersatzzimmer angeboten. Fazit: Andere Hotels in Bad Neuenahr bieten besseren Service und ein angenehmeres Ambiente.
