“Worst place to stay”

Generally, the apartment is in a good location, but it was dirty and with only 1 shared bathroom for 4 rooms. The owner of apartment was so mean that he refused to turn on the Air Conditioning and locked the remote control in a storage room. He told us not to use the range because it was dangerous (!?), and he said that we were absolutely not allowed to lock the main door because he needed to get in the apartment any time he wanted. There was nobody to clean up, and the garbage bins were already full when we checked in. Try to avoid this place, it was not worth the money!
