“Good Hotel”

Good place to stay if you can't afford the Oberoi and you want somewhere decent in Agra. Just taken over by the Taj group and renovating the rooms, which are great, clean and funky. Don't pay the extra for a 'Taj View' as the smog obscures any view apart from the shops across the road and you are really too far away from the Taj anyway.

“Disappointing”

The area, Karol Bagh, is far from appealing. The hotel's facade was not as grand as the photos suggested but it was acceptable. Inside it was modest, cleanish, and had functionally what we needed for a very short stay. We had booked 2 King Rooms but, as is so often the case, they tried to put a single person in a 'twin' room which are invariably less spacious and less attractive than double/king rooms. After we brought it to their attention the error was fixed.
