No, much inter action of the staff as we are new and also not knowing the language.Reception managers should explain the type of booking ( thro agents like Expedia ) and also the type of room we have booked at the time of entry.
Food ( Lunch - MINI thali what we have taken) is not ok at the restaurant.
Rooms are nice and clean. However the boiler in the toilet was not working so they changed our room to the one where it was working.
Wi Fi which is supposed to be free in the hotel was not working. After repeatedly telling the hotel staff and they re-setting the router it still never worked eventually. So guss it was my bad luck.
Hotel room, comforts, facilities are all very good except for the cold and rude behaviour of the staff including the reception, manager... location of the hotel is good, away from noise pollution at a cool silent place...

a great hotel with great value. its not the cheapest but these have facilities aligned to their ciost ie cheap and bad. this hotel was great and althpough not in oberoi class the location and facilities are more than you could want for at the price. the pool is the icing on the cake, after a day walking around the sights to jump into the cool water is worth a million. i would stay again any time, good facilities, walking distance of the taj and shops and coffee house opposite. another thing to consider when in agra try the green park restaurant bar. not far from hotel, very informal you can sit in a grassy garden and enjoy a beer away from the noise and dust of the street.
The hotel was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable rooms, very courteous staff, sumptuous buffet.
Superb experience. We went to Agra first and then to Delhi where we stayed in Hyatt Regency and were disappointed and really missed the Agra Radisson facilities. The buffet had fantastic variety and the food was very tasty. We were very happy.

Very fancy, beautiful building and grounds, full of international tourists. Previous review comments about staff were accurate - there seemed to be loads of people at every station but not very organized or efficient. Had to waive down bartender when seated *at* the bar, waited almost 30 minutes for someone to fetch bags at checkout. Most seemed young, perhaps inexperienced. It was a nice respite overall.
They have a place for drivers to stay overnight for free which was really good for me because I was coming from Delhi. The place is really close to the Eastern Gate and very convenient. You can walk to the tourist center from which you buy tickets and then a shuttle takes you to the Taj. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Agra.
The hotel is a great property . Lobby is awesome and the cluster of rooms are very good. Fountain in the middle creates a mystic atmosphear in the night.
I noted that the staff was not able to handle the morming rush during breakfast and hotel need to pick up additional staff
