Nice and friendly staff at hotel. Rooms are spacious and tasteful decorated. Bed a bit uncomfortable. Hotel did their best with Christmas and New year's party but we thought that the New year's party was a bit poor and lack of entertainment. We had it included in our price, but if not would have to pay 45 Euros per person. I personally would have been disappointed. Spa reasonable priced and good.

Lovely staff, pool area and great food. The chef is always present and there to answer any questions. Stayed here before going to a larger hotel and instantly regretted the fact that I had booked another hotel for the second part of my stay. Shop next door is a great amenity, clean pool with excellent services. Great job, highly recommend.

Lovely hotel
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The hotel, room and pool area are spotless. The breakfast is the same every day, but there are loads of choices so you can have something different every day. It's self service so you can get as little or much as you want. We had a pool view and it was amazing. You can sit and watch the cable cars and can also see the sea and the marina and the mountain. The Wii fi signal was good in reception but pretty poor or non existant in the room or pool area. If I had to pick a fault with anything it would be the shower it wouldnt keep a consistent temperature one minute OK then either red hot or cold. But we would definitely stay here again.

The most perfect hotel
This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So much to do, great menus for snacks and also dinner. Breakfast had lots of choice and the staff were always friendly and happy to help. The cleaner that cleaned our room daily was also very good. Everything about this hotel was perfect. Would highly recommend

There was very small shower room, very little space even i am skinny my both hands was touching to the side screen of the shower. The toilet was separete, no washing facilities in toilet. No slippers provided in the hotel, no prayer mats, no water in the room, no kettle in the room. How on earth this hotel is 4 star hotel. We have booked 2 adults(Couple) the single beds were given and beds were not steady it was keep moving during night sleep. No assistance was given. Changed the hotel after 2 days my stay was 5 days. I am a bit concern for my oncoming stay. We have nearly 10 rooms booked in the hotel for my son upcoming wedding in July.

Perfect stay, would highly recommend. Less than 3 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast was good and also heated pool for late evening dips.

Tildi Hotel made our stay in Agadir great!
Stayed 1 night. Very nice stay. Clean room. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded. Hotel provided a private and shaded outdoor parking space. Very close to the beach and many city attractions.

Traditional Hotel
Staff 5*, Cleanliness 5*, facilities 3.5*, great price. If you want a reasonable spec hotel with friendly staff that is kept spotlessly clean at a bargain price then this is for you. It is a little aged but that adds to the character for us.

a very good location ,though it's central and facing the beach promenade .no noise from the strret to disturb your sleep .the room was spotless clean,comfortable bed .the food served always looked fresh .the pool area and the garden surrounding were great .the hotel bar has plenty of room and attracting a rather nice crowd .the staff were very professional and willing to help at all times

Good value, spotless, great location.
Great central location, hotel slightly dated but bedrooms spotless and good size. Modern tele with great english movies. Many restaurants and cheap eats within mins walk. Beach and promenade 3 min. Staff service excellent, good pool size inc toddler pool. For £40/night great value. Would return. 45 min taxi from Airport apx £20 (200 - 250 Dirhm. Dec 18 rate was £1= 11.5 Dirhm)

Threadbare bedding and towels, rock-hard mattress
Painful experience, even for one night. Washed-out towels that look like floorcloths. Threadbare bedsheets with a filthy bedcover on top. Filthy curtains. Mattress hard as a rock. Walls and floors thin as cardboard - you hear noises from all sides throughout the night. Tap water smells very odd (certainly not of chlorine). Would not stay in this hotel again. The garden was very pretty and well maintained though.

Friendly/clean hotel but noisy rooms at front
Hotel staff were friendly and the place was clean. The room was spacious enough, however the rooms facing the front road (even though it is a side road) could be rather noisy from traffic noise. We stayed on the 1st floor just above the main entrance and often there were people talking and smoking outside the entrance late in the night. Would be better if you are on a higher floor or with rooms facing the pool. We did request for a quiet room when we booked?! Breakfast wise it was ok for us, not a great variety but sufficient, especially when the room rate was taken into consideration. Look out for the fresh orange juice and the fried egg station. The pool was looking nice and clean and the pool area was well kept and peaceful. There were local dancing and live music (quite loud) in the lobby area most of the nights but they finished soon after 11pm. Location wise it is very near the beach front, 10 minutes' walk. We walked to the main Souk once and took us 30 minutes. WIFI works fine for us in room and around the hotel. All in all it is a good value for money place if you don't expect it to be a real high end 4* hotel (one shouldn't when considering the room rate). Would recommend esp they could try harder to find you a quieter room when you have made a request up front!

A comfortable stay
The staff have been most attentive to all our needs and they could not do more for us. The building itself looks ready for refurbishment but perfectly adequate for what we paid. We enjoyed the fantastic sea and mountain views from our windows. We booked this holiday in March for occupation in December so we do not understand how they came to accommodate us on the first floor of the four floor building, the noisiest part. We drew attention to the fact and they let us have rooms on the second floor which was just a little better. The food was adequate and plentiful. Water was supplied for breakfast but not for supper. We had to bring our own bottled water. In the spa areas, wonderful service was provided by Sesemm and her colleagues. The sound of music playing in the patios every night between 2200 and 0100 was a bit upsetting. We were told by people in the upper floors that they could not hear anything. Sounds like the place to aim for next time. Itemised receipts were never given which made it somewhat difficult to query entries.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Really good location, about 5 minutes walk from Agadir Beach. Staff were attentive and polite. Decor a little ‘tired’ but comfortable. Very clean. Food was excellent - we stayed on a half-board basis and didn’t go hungry at all! There were plenty of sun beds for all but the pool was too cold to swim in during our stay (December). All-in-all, a good, clean, basic hotel.

Quite THE worst stay ever in Agadir, been here many times. Every day there was LOUD banging from the rooms above/next door. My partner was ill for 2 days so had to stay in the room, as well as the banging all morning and afternoon you could hear furniture being dragged across the tiled floor above, it was incredibly loud. It was not a room being made up, it went on from 09:30 until 16:00. When we mentioned this we were pretty much told we we lying!!! There was no " sorry about this" or "we will give you a different room." We left 3 days early and stayed at a much better hotel for similar money. This IS NOT a 4 star hotel, nor is the food, in Europe it would barely get 2! We stayed here 3 years ago, it was OK ish, now it is a rip off. We gather that it relies on TOUR trade like 2 coaches of people arriving for 2 nights and leaving early in the mornings, so basically they do not care about holiday makers that want to relax. We hope that this helps anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in Agadir, the town is GREAT, this hotel is not!

A hotel with nice garden and pool
The hotel room was big size for a single room, a little bit old ( common as Moroccan standard ) clean and staff were nice.The price this hotel was good ( what you got ) even though its not really standard of 4 star hotel as I know. The pool and garden was great and clean.I enjoyed swimming there. The breakfast buffet was ok . The bread was fresh.Wifi worked well for me.

A very pleasant surprise
I booked my reservation here the day before I arrived. I came with few expectations but all were surpassed. The breakfast brunch was excellent - wonderful variety, hot food, lovely setting. The hotel itself has some charm which is often lacking from newer, more "sterile" feeling hotels. The balcony overlooking the pool area was a great spot to sit, read, or watch the sunset.

Basic Hotel in Good Location
I stayed at Tildi for a weekend. It was walking distance to the Corniche, beaches, and restaurants. Room was basic but clean. Responsiveness of desk and service personnel was quick and efficient (a/c did not work and a technician quickly arrived and reset a tripped fuse). Staff was multilingual in Arabic, French, English, and German. Restaurant was below par, with very limited selection of bland food. Included breakfast was basically coffee, rolls, bread, and hardboiled eggs...not appetizing but better than nothing. Drawbacks were offset by convenience of location, pleasant staff, and very reasonable room rates.

The hotel is packed with German and other European tourists and feels not all that Maroccan. The breakfast buffet was boring and so was the general atmosphere, infrastructure and design of the hotel. The people at the reception were friendly, but not willing to walk the extra mile for the customers.The only exception of very friendly service was one of the doormen.

We are stay at hotel Tildi just 2 nights,but this hotel give us all what we need.Hotel is in great location just 500m from ocean beach and lovely promenade with many restaurant and chops.We had a h/b the food was excellent with choice what food you prefered.The dish is well presented and clean,food fresh and tasty.Hotel reception is very friendly and helpful for any question you ask.U get also safe key without charge!!!room simple but very clean and with excelent view to kasbah and back garden with pool and ocean if you get that side.poll and garden are in excellent condition they clean every day with every corner of the garden.You also get automaticly taul every time u visit the pool(free)!!! If you need a taxi they call and also tell how much you should pay.We was in Agadir 2nd time, but we want go back and stay again at Tildi hotel.(its clean peaple are frendly and the importand-the food is really great and have all the taste of orient.P.S.i dont like onion,so i ask food withaut it and i get even choice what wasnt on the menu!!!EXCELLENT*********

Fuyez cette hôtel ! Pour y séjourner une à 2 nuits maximum ! Sinon votre séjour sera gâché. Monsieur le directeur de cette hôtel devrai refaire un coup de propre au sein de son établissement. La piscine est horrible fond vert. Les chambres sont limite une garde à vue. La clim ne fonctionne pas le frigo non plus. Nous avions réservée 15jr dans cette mais nous y avons séjourné qu’une nuit, grâce à expedia qui a était d’un très bon support et qui nous a toute suite relogé ailleur. Clim non fonctionnel avec enfant de 5 ans c’était impossible pour nous de rester dans cette hotel. Petite déjeuné bas de gamme ! Aucune animation, hôtel qui mérite à peine une étoile ! Point positif le personnel très accueillant et serviable, et le parking, petite boutique à proximité.

Les : propreté, et le personnel est sympathique. Belle piscine et beau jardin. Par contre, les 300 mètres de la plage annoncés, c’est à vol d’oiseau. Il faut descendre et remonter la côte pour aller à la plage. L’hôtel est bien, sans plus et ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Peu d’originalité dans le décor. La salle de restaurant ressemble à un réfectoire. Déçue par le Hammam dont je trouve les prestations annoncées incomplètes. Déçue aussi, par le peu de diligence de la personne de l’accueil plus intéressé par son téléphone que pour s’assurer que le taxi que j’avais commandé 3 jours à l’avance serait bien là à l’heure pour me conduire à l’aéroport d’Agadir. Il y a 30 minutes de trajet. Le taxi est arrivé avec 20 minutes de retard. Ça été la course pour pouvoir passer toutes les formalités frontalières.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. A fuir ! L’accueil est particulièrement froid et ils ne pensent qu’à se faire de l’argent. Aucun sourire, aucun service rendu. Par exemple, il n’y a pas de fer à repasser mais seulement un service de repassage qui ne prend pas les costumes. Pas assez de serviette pour la piscine, qui est sale par ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Les chambres sont grandes et correctes. Ma chambre avait une odeur d’humidité constante mais cela restait supportable. Nous sommes venus entre amis pour un mariage et avons été tous été mal reçus. Aucun respect des attributions des lits pour les couples et aucun effort pour répartir les chambres. Une amie qui ne séjournait pas dans cet hôtel mais que j’avais invitée pour venir se changer dans la chambre avant un départ commun tous ensemble au lieu du mariage a été refoulée de l’accueil (très certainement sous prétexte de prostitution). Ils n’ont rien voulu entendre alors qu’il était évident que nous étions tous en tenue de soireé et environ une dizaine ! Ils l’ont autorisée à se changer dans un placard puis l’ont forcée à donner sa carte d’identité qu’ils ont gardée (est-ce légal ?). Je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi mauvais. Tout est fait pour pomper de l’argent avec des prestations plus que médiocres. Aucun effort de la réception (qui devrait débuter une reconversion professionnelle). Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Séjour de 5 jours dans cet hôtel avec mon fils assez décevant. A part la piscine qui est plutôt sympa j ai été déçu par la chambre et par le staff que je n' ai pas trouvé ni a l écoute ni réactif. Je pense que cet hôtel était certainement un très bel hôtel dans les années 90 mais il ne vaut pas 4 étoiles aujourd hui. Dans la chambre les lits avec des pieds en bois sans patins posés sur le carrelage font du bruit au moindre mouvement. D ailleurs on entend les lits des voisins bouger très souvent. La salle de bain digne d un hôpital. Au niveau des équipements le coffre était défectueux, sèche cheveux et réfrigérateur aussi et malgré un signalement.. De plus le petit déjeuner proposé n est pas terrible les produits proposés sont ni bien présentés ni très attrayant. Sans parler de la salle de sport très sale et avec du matériel très ancien. Je suis rarement déçu par les hôtels mais dans le cas de celui ci je ne le recommanderai pas.
