“Nice architecture of hotel”

I enjoyed my stay in Tagadirt Appart-Hotel in Agadir Morroco. First of all i really liked the look of hotel it was huge and nice style, it looks more european to me than african maybe that's why i liked it. Secondly i like location of that hotel cause its very close to Atlantic Ocean, the views and night life there was great,I would deffinately like to come back there :) .

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I was really looking forward to my stay there but was extremely disappointed. I checked into my room and found that the only only furniture present in the room was a double bed and a single chair, literally nothing else. There was no air conditioning and the entire hotel smelt like a dirty wet towel. The lounge and the pool area were always crowded with local teenagers who I think were not even staying at the hotel. I checked out of the hotel earlier than my check out date and moved in with a friend.

The hotel pictures looked nice but once you see the hotel it looks like it was taken a few years ago.

The pool was tiny and there was garbage surrounding it like cigarette butts. There was neither TV nor air conditioning in the rooms, and, every time one took a shower, one would flood the room. The hotel needs a SERIOUS renovation because it looks left over from the 50's. It is on the second rung of Agadir hotels i.e. not very close to the beach.

I have traveled all over the world and this is the worst hotel I have EVER STAYED IN! The employees at the hotel have no customer service skills whatsoever! They were also racist, and I was assulted by one of the guards men that worked at the back entrance of the hotel towards the beach because I wanted to go and call the police after watching him attack a senior citizen. Then when I went to get the receptionist at the hotel he came down and started pulling on the woman and her suitcase not even asking what was going on...etc-even tho a lot of foreigners visit this hotel they have no respect for women. The hotel room was not very clean, especially the floor and they do not change your sheets daily nor your towels. The breakfast is awful nothing but bread and egg, coffee, and watered down juice, and half way cooked pancake, and salad with too much onion. Just Awful. Also, it was advertised on Expedia ( the agency that I booked my hotel through) that if you did not want the breakfast buffet the room came with a continental breakfast for free-not true at all. Also, the hotel kept harrassing me every morning to ask me did I pay for this and that...pay for what extra things, there were not peanuts or drinks in the room! Crazy and worse experience ever! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
