“Excellent hotel”

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 day stay here as part of our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Great location and friendly staff. We booked a pool view room but we're delighted to find we'd been upgraded to a sea view room, probably because I'd mentioned it was a honeymoon booking. The room was a good size, very clean with a comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Drinks prices were very reasonable, we were a little disapointed that there was no evening meal however it is low season at the moment and the town is only a 2 min taxi ride away. Aegina is an absolutely beautiful island and hopefully we will return one day.

“Un hôtel agréable”

L'hôtel Danae est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied du port d'Egine, après le site archéologique.Il est en bord de mer. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent toutes d'un balcon. Il n'y a pas de plage à proximité immédiate, mais l'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en buffet. Il est également possible de prendre ses repas sur place, mais les restaurants ne manquent pas à Egine.

Traveller's tip
L'île d'Egine étant très bien desservie par les compagnies maritimes, il n'est pas inintéressant de prévoir - à la journée - une petite escapade vers l'île de Poros ( à environ 1 heure de bateau )
