“Lovely experience!”

Tired after traveling by train from Alice Springs and the staff checked us in fast and very courteous. Rooms and especially the bathrooms were so clean, modern and very luxurious. Hotel is beautiful and walking distance to the train station, trams and within walking distance of Ruddle shopping mall, river walk way, markets and many other activities. Go outside the hotel to the tram and take a ride to Gleneg beach which has a pier and so much to do. The village has lots of shopping, pubs and great fish and chips. The tram is cheap and you get to see alot of Adelaide when traveling on it. Would definitely stay there again, if I ever returned to Australia.

“First-class for Festival!”

Not only is the Intercontinental perfectly placed for visits to the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, the facilities are excellent. Use of the Intercontinental Club was an added bonus - providing beautifully presented breakfasts and drinks and canapes in the evening, and high class staff to assist with every request. The Club was quiet and offered high speed internet access. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at - can't wait to go back next year.

Area recommendations
We only operated in the area surrounding the Festival Centre this time.

“A good hotel to stay in Adelaide City”

Great location in the City overlooking the river. Next to the convention centre, the casino and close to public transport. Staff are friendly but could do more. Rooms are adequate but on the small side.
