“perfect venue for a special night out in the city!”
From start to finish it was a greta expreince! all our information was clear and timely from expedia. The Hilton Hotel staff were extemly helpful and our room was lovely, if only we had the time to stay another day! Even when we had checcked out and left our luggage with the conseirge we had impeccable service
“Loved it! Best hotel I've been to. Enjoyed it very much. 5 stars!”
I loved this hotel! It was very pleasant to stay in. Perfect location, in the heart of the city of Adelaide. Staff were incredibly kind and caring, and very professional, which I loved. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were comfortable and in good condition. Loved my stay there.
“Four plus service at 5 stars”
Arrived very late (just after midnight) and staff most helpful but slow with bags. Upgraded to Executive floor. Breakfast order was lost but room service rushed to fill when notified. Front desk a bit unhelpful with late checkout (breakfast arrived 10.40, checkout at 11.00am). Checked out OK at 11.30 then waited nearly 60mins for car despite ringing for it at about 11.00 am. Not charged for breakfast or parking as a result.
“Convenient Central Adelaide Location”
Very convenient & tidy CBD location. Handy to markets, Hertz car rental depot and the CBD with tram stop out front. Excellent service especially from the front of house staff. I wouldn't choose their environmental (quick) room cleaning option again as our used wine glasses and cups were not changed and milk not replenished. Stick with the standard room clean. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in this well laid out city.
“Impressed”
Staff faultless, room comfortable and clean. Views were great and lobby area great for meeting and relaxing. If I had to go back to Adelaide I would stay at the Hilton again.
“will definately come back again”
Top customer Service Brasserie Staff - very proffessional and polite and happy
“nice location and normal service”
very nice location in the centre of the city, close by the central market which was great. walking distance to most of the places of interest in the city. was raining one evening, and i was trying to get a umbrella from the front dest, but the stuffs were talking to each other and ignore me at least for 3 min. anyway, comfortable room, nice view, good location and normal service.
“Best Deal”
Impressed with overall service provided by the Hotel... keep it up
“Really Good Customer Service”
It is the hotel with good customer service, with high quality room services.
“Very satisfied”
A very good hotel with excellent service. The Executive suite was extemely good. TGhe executive rooms were large and comfortable with a very good view over Adelaide. The breakfast was top class with a very wide range of options
