“Will stay there again”
Loved the Adana Surmeli Hotel. Staff was plentiful, helpful and not intrusive. Buffet breakfast was outstanding!
“Not really a 5 Star Hotel”
This is not really a 5 Star Hotel. Its a very old Hotel with a maximum of 3 Stars quaiity. The location and the staff are very good.
“Pleasantly surprised”
We had a trying time getting to the hotel as our tour bus broke down about an hour out of Adana and we spent the next 5hours trying to get there. After reading mixed reviews we were abit worried about what we'd find, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Check-in was a breeze and we even managed to squeeze in half an hour by the pool that evening! The pool area could do with some work, but it does the job. Breakfast plentiful but average.
“It served it's purpose.”
Hotel convenient to places I had to go to. Good breakfast and internet access was good. One thing I did not care for is the power went off in the room when you left and removed your key card from the slot. With Adana being in the mid 90's F. the time I was there, I would come back to a very hot-stuffy room that would take almost 2 hours to be comfortable in. Also considering the stars, the reception desk people should have a better grasp of English -
“Hoping to visit Adana again”
The Adana Surmeli lived up to its 5* rating. It is an excellent hotel with comfortable and spacious bedrooms - modern furniture and well kept. The breakfasts were very good with a reasonable choice of warm and cold fare on offer. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated in the city centre and is convenient for shopping in the excellent shops who have generally very good offers. The parks in Adana are beautiful - well planned and laid out. A very enjoyable stay and Adana and in the Surmeli in particular and we can thoroughly recommend it to others.

“Si puo' fare meglio”
La zona intorno l'albergo e' sporca, gli edifici in uno stato precario. Gli asiugamani, il moquette, le tende sono sporchi. La sauna e palestra sempre chiusi. La colazione non curata.
“Hotel confortable - accueil réception à travailler”
Propre, chambre agréable. Réception et personnels parlant peu ou pas anglais. Réceptionniste peu serviable et aimable. COnnexion internet déficiente.
