“Just what we were looking for !”

this was a real tropical treat! If you like the predictable uniformity of international chains, this is not for you. Beautiful old style individual hotel, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely setting with good clean private beach. Currently undergoing some refurbishment which is appropriate as some of the rooms are a bit small and slightly dated, but this did not detract in any way from our enjoyment.Delicious meals, beautiful well-maintained grounds and stylish but comfortable decor in public areas.We plan to go back, with friends and family!

“Better than I imagined”

Lovely hotel grounds and lobby. Restaurants both offered excellent cuisine. Staff were well dressed, friendly,considerate, helpful and professional. Rooms were a good size. Very clean. Free of mildew smells. Furniture was average and older but well kept. Hair salon, gift shop, computers, swimming pool and beach. Not a disappointment. I have already recommended it and hope to return.

“Suggestion”

I think they know this already but the main (only real) problem was the restaurant availability. Too often there were functions on which prevented eating on the terrace. There is an extension being built which may solve this but it is an urgent problem.

“Very Impressed”

The Labadi Beach was a great hotel and a really good find to say the least. We were met by the concierge and I had a good feeling about the place right from the get go. The staff were very proffessional and friendly throughout. The facilities were great and the restaurants and bars were of a very high standard as well. The room size was a little on the small size but with all the things to see and do in Ghana this did not pose a problem as we only went back to sleep there.

Excellent service and food. Very pleasant staff. Cant wait to go back.

“Pity about the traffic”

A restful, club-like atmosphere. Bar very relaxing. Food in the restaurants was excellent. My room looked a little tired and in need of some basic repairs. Beware of traffic jams on the road immediately outside the hotel.

“Good Hotel”

It was a good hotel with good service. Business services and access to the internet was good and reasonably priced. Price for the room seemed a bit high.

“Nice place for leisure and/or business”

Very comfortable for this country, well kitchen, but sometimes internet doesn't work...

“Well run Hotel with friendly staff”

Although old and fairly tired this is a nice hotel to stay in. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Its hard to get into as those in the know will select this hotel first. The only nuisance is that the internet is not free nor is it stable. Learn how to say thank you in the local language and the level of service you receive will increase radically

“It's ok”

The hotel is in of the best in Accra, perhaps in the whole country. It has a reasonably good self-service restaurant . The breakfast was good too. The common area is agreeable, with a swimming pool, well tended lawns. The beach is private and clean. The rooms are good but not excellent, as well as the toilet. The prices are a bit high for the services and the premises, probably because of the scarcity of good hotels in that part of the continent.
