“Very Impressed”

This is a luxurious hotel with wonderful and confortable rooms. Everything was 5 star and can't wait to come back. Nothing was wrong with either food, cleanliness of the room and hotel itself. Great hospitality and surroundings are magnificent. My family and I will come back to this hotel every time we visit Acapulco.

“Amazing Beauty”

The hotel has a very open air design to it that takes advantage of the wind blowing off the ocean to cool the public areas. The beach was beautiful, although the waves were rough. The hotel stay was very attentive not only at the front desk but also in the restaurants.

“Can't wait to go back”

One of the best in Acapulco!!! A nice hotel to depart with your family. Beautiful pools, the rooms are very clean, go out for dinning there are many great options outside, much cheaper than inside the hotel. We all had a lot of fun!!!!

“timeless jewel of mexico”

have traveled to many nice places around the world and stayed at some very nice properties. Since my first visit to the Acapulco Princess 36 years ago, little has changed. The weather is always beautiful, service and food are great. Views from restaurants overlooking Acapulco bay are spectacular. Beaches are clean and safe. The peddlers are a little annoying, but to me this is Mexico. The mariachi's that play in the lobby every night are fabulous and create a great ambience.

“Great vacation destination”

We had a great time in Acapulco. The staff is awesome! We did not have an all inclusive and I would strongly suggest that route as everything at the hotel is expensive. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Go see the cliff divers and have dinner. It is worth the unnerving ride into town. That is an experience!! Be careful for undertows- my daughter had to help save a little kid from drowning and mom was pulled well past the markers and a jet ski had to get her.

“The way to enjoy Acapulco!”

The Fairmont Acapulco Princess is an awesome hotel in every way! The lobby is beautiful, the pools (salt water and slide plus 3 other pools -2 with pool bar and waterfalls) and the cabanas with bar and food service in the beach. Beautiful views from the rooms. And the service is the best! Our kids loved it as much as we did. 110% recommendable!!

“Beautiful Resort”

The hotel is nice for families and has a variety of pools and restaurants. Over the Mexican Independence holiday the hotel invited all guests to a free celebration including folkloric dancers, food and drink. My son loved the pool slide and my daughter enjoyed sunning on the beach. I do not recommend swimming at the beach; the waves and currents are strong and during our stay a healthy young man almost drowned.
