“Well located, basic service, a really old property.”

The Hotel is a relly old property with several problems of maintenance. I found some "cucarachas" in my room!!. At the same time is very well located.

“Bad Experience!”

When I got to my room, I noticed the door frame was cracked from possibly being kicked in. They also have a metal gate door to your room door. The metal door frame sticks and good luck in a child being able to push their way out in case of any emergency. Another bad sign people are not safe. I got into my room and found there was no remote for my TV. The TV didn't work and my bathroom toilet was leaking. The A/C was old and noisy. I called the front desk and they told me they would send some one to fix the TV. The so called kitchenette is very old and the fridge stinks. Do not use this Hotel/Condo! It's the worst service and rooms ever. The so called security is a bunch of teenagers with polo shirts that have Security on the back shoulders printed. This is a low class horrible place to stay. If you want to stay in business, update your rooms, train your staff to be polite and think the customer is the King. Your hotel has a lot to learn and way behind the times. Good luck on ever getting me or my many friends to ever come near your hotel!

“Not impressed or satisfied”

This hotel needs renovations and maintenance. I would never go back to this hotel and will tell my friends about it. I had to make sure my sheets were changed the night we arrived, found several hairs on sheets and stains.

“YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED”

HAD MY 1 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY, BUT WAS TOLD WE COULD NOT HAVE THE FAMILY AT THE HOTEL FOR THE PARTY BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ALL STAYING IN ROOMS. FRONT COUNTER SERVICE VERY POOR. THE PEOPLE WORKING DON'T CARE ABOUT GIVING BAD SERVICE AND ALL HAVE RUDE ATTITUDES. STAINS AND HAIR ON THE SHEETS, LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NOT CHANGED THE LINENS. NO TOILET PAPER, ONLY 2 TOWELS, AND THE BATHROOM LIKE A CLOSET. GET READY TO BE SWARMED WITH PEOPLE ASKING YOU COME WITH THEM AND SPEND MONEY ON TOURIST TRAP EVENTS. YOU ALSO HAVE TO PAY $8 A DAY TO PARK YOUR CAR. THEY DO NOT HAVE SELF-PARKING AVAILABLE- YOU HAVE TO USE VALET NO MATTER WHAT. I TELL EVERYONE HOW MUCH I HATED THIS HOTEL, ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING RUDE TO THE FAMILY. STAY AT THE HYATT OR EL CAMINO REAL--MUCH, MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ROACH MOTEL.

“Not Impresses”

The view was nice that was ALL, When you walk in it looked nice, the front desk service could not help with NOTHING, parking they just said sorry we have no more parking available, they did not offer other alternatives. The suit looked old very old the bathroom light did not work, the bed squeaked as soon as you sat down, TV only had two channels and one you could not see clearly and the balcony was dirty. It was very bad..so much for a romantic getaway

“Worst Hotel we've stayed in”

They call it a suite. It's anything but.The hotel needs a complete makeover, from the paint peeling away off the sides of the building to the room that they call a suite. Our bathroom consisted of a shower and a toilet with about 3 sq. ft. to move in between. The maid service was lousy.A couple of times they didn't give us clean towels. They actually spread our dirty towels out so they can dry and expected us to use them again. All the amenities that were suppose to come with the room, didn't.My wife had to call doen to order a coffee maker,Towels, etc. Our overall Opinion Of this hotel is that this is not a good hotel to stay in if you want to take a relaxing vacation.

“Very bad service”

Somebody took my money from my wallet that I left hidden inside my suitcase, and the manager didn’t believe me and didn’t treat me as the customer, was very upsetting
