“A unforgatable experience!!!”

Staff made us feel welcomed, hotel is spotless. This should be a 10 star hotel, we are definitely going back.

The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our stay there. However, the hotel did not offer anything other than a valete parking which was a violation of our car rental agreement. With our luck the hotel driver brought our car back with a big dent. As a result, we wasted a full day of our vacation chassing a police report. If you plan to rent a car, avoid this hotel.

“A great break”

Spent two nights here.Despite initial reaction of hotel room being small I was quickly won over as it was beautifully appointed and the bathroom was luxury! Location, choice of restaurants, pool area and staff were all first class. Would definitely use it again.

“Grate place for a quality family break, relax and enjoy!”

Hotel location and facilities are great, fantastic beach and lagoon, lots of water sports available. Pools are great for family. Best of all was the quality of food and restaurants, don't miss the seafood night, superb!

“A wonderful time”

We had a wondeful 6 days in the the hotel.The service and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic.The food was also great and we especially liked the hotel's restaurant called Falvours.It offered a buffet style service with a twist ,the food,choice,atmosphere and service was 5*.We had breakfast in this restaurant which catered for everyone.Tucked away at the side of the hotel was an English style pub which was nice for a drink and was very 'homely' if thats what you were looking for.Had more traditional English bar food. Only down side to this hotel was that we booked a seaview room and were a little dissapointed as our room was on the 3rd floor and our view was a liitle obscured by plam trees and the sea view was more of a port view.The beach was not quite what I had imagined as it appeared to be man made and was right next to a noisey,dual carriageway style road.Although the road was screened you could not get away from the noise and the fact it was there.We spent our time relaxing by the main pool instead.There was one pool for adults with a swim up bar and a second, separate,shallow childrens pool on a different level with its own small play area and little water shoot.Plenty of shade if needed around both pools from palm trees and parrasols.Gardens around the hotel were immaculate. The location was good and taxis were readily available (and cheap). We were very happy with this hotel and would deffinately stay there again,it ticked all the boxes.

“nice and comfort room”

I made a booking through expedia on another hotel, when I arrived I found that I booked the wrong day, so I got the business centre and tried again and found this hotel surprisingly even cheaper. I drove straight away. when I arrived my booking was still not confirmed however the reception desk was so kind and took care to follow my reservation. the room was nice and the bathroom was even spacious and even nicer it had it all, I did not have enough time to explore and use all facilities, however I would definitely recommend this hotel for further stay

“Top value for money”

We were exceptionally pleased by the variety of amenities at this hotel - we really didn't need to go anywhere for anything except sightseeing. The staff, a mixture of Arab, Thai and Indian, were extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the roadworks outside the hotel, it made it difficult to cross the roads and to go for a walk but taxies were easy to come by directly outside the hotel and they are fairly cheap. We were fortunate to get a great deal through Expedia ( much cheaper than booking direct with the hotel) and this made our stay even better.

“Fabulous destination. Very returnable”

Abu Dhabi is well worth a visit. The Sheraton Hotel is very well positioned on the Corniche. The hotel has a number of good restaurants - the fish at Il Paradiso was wonderful , we ate their 3 times. The food at La Mamma was exceptional especially the Hammour and the Lamb. The cafe outside the restaurant is the place for dessert, they had a lovely selection of pastries. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful and polite. Getting round is east the taxis are cheap safe and reliable and are all regulated and metered. My daughter and I took several taxi's and felt very safe. We also did a big bus tour of the city which was very interesting. A visit to the Grand Mosque is a must, it really is indescribable, the beauty of the place. My husband played several rounds of golf at the Abu Dhabi Golf course.He said it was one of the best courses he has played.

“Excellent Hotel in Abu Dhabi”

This is among the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very helpful to ensure my needs were met. The attention to detail was impeccable. The room design was beyond anything I have ever seen as far as the decor. The bathroom actually had a TV speaker so while showering or in the bathroom, i could still hear the TV. I did many tours and all were very good. The attention I received from everyone there was something I have not found in the USA. This hotel has definitely become my #1 choice for my next visit to Abu Dhabi.
