Very nice dining options and room was ver spacious and clean. Lovely view of the golf course. Belgium cafe was great to have a beer and watch the football match. Only had one issue and that was WiFi hardly worked.

Very poor service and condition
Very poor house keeping and hot water was coming in all taps. Ended up with burns due to hot water in all taps. Even the bidet of the WC had boiling water. At 11pm we went to the Felini resturant and were told that the kitchen was closed and later we complained to the manager he denied that the kitchen was closed and found him scolding the staff for not taking our food order.

Disappointed. Low budget hotel
Shocking. The hotel rooms are old. Requires urgent attention. Low budget hotel. We booked a suite. It was dark, carpets are old and dirty. Red curtains not for hotel rooms. Services are bad. We were told they cannot give my mum an extra pillow because the hotel is fully occupied. No pillows.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff - huge thanks to Karan on Reception. One downside - it would've been nice to know that the swimming pool in the hotel was unavailable prior to booking and that we had to use pool facilities in the neighbouring hotel.

Whomever the previous tenant was of the room apparently broke a glass. I stepped on a shard when I was walking barefoot near the patio. Had to stopped the bleeding and ask the staff to send someone up to vacuum. I pulled the glass out so quickly and didn't know where it went. I didn't want the next person to step on it.

The hotel was nice and clean. Access to beach is not convenient at all. The closest needs about 10 min walk, and another requires shuttle trip, which I did not go since the shuttle did not show and I had limited time to visit the beach. The breakfast was excellent. I was not offered anything as VIP.

Stay was nice the hotel is good but my wife notice when we reach home someone messed up with her watches someone i'm sure whoever cleaned the room cut all the rubber of the watches ,the hotel should investigate this case ,its serious issue

The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean! Only the pool is ice cold they haven’t fixed the heating of it for the last 6 months the staff told me. My kids of 5 and 2 didn’t want to swim because of ice cold. While it says heated pools. Please fix that and also some more foreigner food then just Asian food

Shower is bad! I met one person called him self a manager he can’t resolve a problems! Too long to bring what you need! Some times reception hates to help! Finally don’t forget to pay 15 AED per night for tourism TAX! Enjoy stay 😉

Excellent location. Very clean hotel and felt safe . Great staff , very helpfull. Lovely swimming pool although at times certain different areas of the hotel were playing different music at the same time which was irritating. This may judt have been for F1 week . Overall a fantastic hotel
