“Great location”

Wifi would not work in my room although hotel claimed it would and I put in room password Advised front desk who said IT would come that morning. Still not working the next day

The Front Desk Manager went out of his way to assist me in organising my various activities around Abu Dhabi including going above and beyond with a payment related issue i encountered. Highly recommended and great spot in the city for business and tourism.

“Excellent hotel”

I took my husband to watch the F1 and we stayed at the Novotel, the hotel is very clean and the beds are lovely,the first night we had dinner in the chines restaurant in the hotel and had a really nice meal,the next night we arrived late back from the F1 so we had room service the burger and chips were amazing, on our last night we went to an indian restaurant which was about 20 mins walk from the hotel again another nice meal, there is also a starbucks across from the hotel, we couldn't find much around the hotel but we didn't spend much time there as we was at the F1 most of the weekend,i would recommend staying at this hotel for the price as we only used it for sleeping and getting ready and taxis are cheep enough for getting around

“Central Abu Dhabi for the Budget Concious”

Having been to Abu Dhabi several times in the last 12 months, this was the best hotel of them all. On previous trips, I asked a local contact to help setup the rooms. The first one was at Park Rotana. Very nice hotel but the nightly rate was a bit much for the typical business traveler. The second time was the worst. The hotel didn't even have Internet - NOT even in the lobby! Making my own reservation this time was great. Novotel Central is located literally in the center of town. From here, it is a short taxi/bus ride to either the Abu Dhabi or Marina Malls. There are several food choices right outside the hotel, including an Indian Restaurant, a local grill, a local chicken restaurant, and for those from America - Burger King. Getting the hotel with Internet and Breakfast deal is the best rate. The Breakfast Buffet offered a lot of selection from Continental fare to full cooked to ordered items. The hotel also offered several restaurants inside the hotel include a French and a Chinese Restaurant. The Chinese restaurant is pretty authentic so not a bad place to go. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I expected business class services and facilities, and was impressed that they had and did much better than I had expected.

“Abu Dhabi 2012”

The reception staff made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, The pool area was clean, All the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in a couple of the restaurants and the food was of excellent quality. The bar was comfortable and the staff very attentive. Our stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience and hopefull we will come back again.

“Good location and value for money”

The hotel is ideally located for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The hotel provides a shuttle service to both Abu Dhabi Mall and Marina Mall. You can also get Public Transport (buses) near the hotel. The breakfast was good value. The hotel provides free wired internet in the room and wireless in public areas. The general atmosphere is very good and our checkin was instant. We found all thye staff to be helpful.

“Business or Pleasure, The Mercure is ideal.”

Very customer friendly, from entering to leaving. Small hotel, polite staff. Located near Starbucks, the Central Souk ( a must see) and in walking distance to Capital Gardens and the Cornice Prom. Room and hotel very clean. Reasonable price $75 a night. Bed was a little on the hard side but I like it that way. Abu Dhabi is a very safe city, quite and no hassle from anyone.

Wi-fi coverage poor and very slow and internet connection not working. Bar not really suited to lively social evenings and full of cigarette smoke. There are enough food outlets to cater for most peoples tastes.Coffee shop should offer variety of typical pub food. Centrally situated which is a huge bonus. Would stay there again.

“A very comfortable stay”

The hotel is very well situated, The breakfast was more than adequate The other restaurants were equally as good. The shuttle bus was very convenient. The staff were just the best right through from reception, lobby staff, restaurant and cleaners - this refects well on management to have such happy and helpfull staff. We will certainly stay again especially when a rest is required travelling from Australia to Europe or return.
