Something must negotiate

When I found the hotel online the advertise said free wifi and included breakfast. But when I check in the reception not free wifi and excluded breakfast. I shown the booking detail so I got breakfast and free modem in room but not wifi.

VERY BAD HOTEL

NO WIFI AND VERY LOW INTERNET SPEED DOWNLOADING AND BROWSING NOT POSSIBLE. VERY LESS ITEMS IN THE BREAKFAST AND VERY COSTLY.

Location: Very handy for Abu Dhabi mall.
If you just want a simple hotel to sleep in, this place is fine. The room was quite small but perfectly ok. The carpet had some stains, but was clean in the sense of vacuumed. The staff I met were all extremely helpful, and the guy at Reception went out of his way to help me.
