We were over charged significantly from the price on our hotels.com booking and spent the whole 2 days grying to get the money back. No one would help and we were rold to come back each day at a different time but there was never anyone available to help. We are keaving now with the promise someone will contact us! As well we didnt get the room we paid fdor and the whole grass area in front of the room is a building site

Great, friendly and helpful folks, but toilet had a crack in the seat that pinched when one sits on it and the room service brought waffles that were inedible. Everything else was fantastic!

On an overall note, the family staycation was pleasant with good breakfast and dinner buffet. Based on the experience, following to enhance the Hotel's USP's if they provided, 1. More indoor play activities, such as Snooker / Pool tables, Table tennis, Chess / Card tables, Arcade games maybe; as the only family activity available is the family / lap pool. 2. The hotel could also provide the staying families or guests a shuttle service to Jebel Hafeet to watch the sunset or sunrise

Nice interior, outside needs a bit of paint. Comfortable room with amenities. The lap pool was, unfortunately, closed but the family pool was not too crowded. We availed Paco's, located in the hotel, and had excellent service.

Took a weekend trip to Al Ain with my 3 year old. Hotel is ok but dated, lots of construction ongoing. Rooms are a bit tired and didn't smell great but beds were comfortable enough and was clean. Food was nice enough, and pool is decent for kids but music blaring out is a bit off-putting.

The staff and service are amazing So is the food and buffet breakfast But the hotel is in very bad and old shape The washrooms need upgrades Bad smell is coming from washrooms The showers are constantly changing water temperature I was disappointed in the conditions of the hotel But the staff is amazing Hope they can upgrade it to a proper 5 star resort

A good place to be, in a historical city.
I seriously think this hotel is under rated on Hotel.com, probably elsewhere as well. We have had an excellent time staying there for 2 nights. The hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The location is good too, easy for us to go places in Al Ain. The hotel has a history, a landmark in AA, but with a new interior. We will come back if we visit AA again, hopefully in the winter when temperature is lower.

The rooms were OK. Balcony is dirty and room size is small. The main issue is the pool and facilities which is not to the level of a 4 stars hotel and resort. Dirty sunbeds, pool and bathrooms in common areas and unprofessional staff who simply reply back as take it or leave it (pool lifeguards mainly). No separate cleaning crew except the life guards on the pool side, so obviously it will lead to such a case. The reception staff are nice and welcoming. Hotel buffet for both breakfast and dinner was mainly Indian food, which may not be suitable for all guests. I am sure there are plenty of room for improvement from Radisson blue here in al ain city.

At the time we went, (Dec 2020) the main building had been closed by the authorities. We asked why but we got a dubious answer by the manager, I suspected because of some issues with Covid-19. Chalets were only operational. We had booked a non-smoking room subject to availability. When we checked in there were no non-smoking rooms available. We learned from the manager that 70% of the chalets are smoking rooms. They don’t tell you that info in their website. After some painful talking with the manager, they were fully booked so we had to sleep in the smoking room. He gave us three vouchers for drinks at the bar, the drinks were not good, the service at the bar was poor and sloppy. I’m glad we only stayed there one night.

Average Stay During COVID Era
I am sure hotel is normally quite good. This time it was just okay. Pool bar wasn’t open. Restaurants weren’t open. Some aspects of resorts need updated. Pool slide was closed and so was water fountain. Didn’t make sense since we were all in the pool anyway.
