"This property gets 3 stars because when we arrived it was a nightmare. The check-in process was smooth however the room that we were originally given was on the side that was not renovated and it was worst than a $2 dollar motel (you can get the picture). I went back down to the front desk and the girl that originally checked me in knew that she was wrong for putting me and my family in that tower and in that room. She changed our room to the renovated side with no problem and no fee. The room we ended with was 100 times better! The renovated side is nice and perfect for a family stay! We had a blast at the water park, arcade, and go karts! Wish that the food one site was open but most things are only open on the weekends, however there are many food places nearby (hotel has no microwave onsite so no leftovers). Overall we had an amazing stay, please do not be conned into staying on the side that is not renovated especially if you’re paying full price."

"Our 1st time visiting AC. The property, the casino, the rooms were all very clean & smelled clean. We didn't realize there's an "off" season so some of the restaurants weren't opened some days or way later & we had other plans. All the staff from parking to the front desk, housekeeping & security were all so pleasant and helpful. Everything was clearly marked and easy to navigate. Definitely making a return visit!"
