More like a low 3 star
This is rated as a 4 star property. I have stayed at better 3 star properties. I can't understand how this is a valid rating. See photo of flooring. While it states there is wifi in room when asked they said it is spotty and to try the lobby. The wifi link only came available in the lobby. On arrival we were told we should have called to reserve a parking spot but now we would just have to try and find one on the street.

Really enjoyed the ocean view. Property was walkable from train and buses. Hotel staff was very helpful, and lots of stores, restaurants and a pharmacy nearby within walking distance.

There is a large flight of steps to get into the building. The rooms are just average. The breakfast was below average and the breakfast area was nothing to 'write home about" The location of the hotel is right across the street from the beach which is it's main redeeming element. There area lot of restaurants directly across the street on the beach but they are more of a beach bar than a real restaurant. You have to hunt to get anything special to eat.

Easily walkable from the central station. Plenty of food options. The hotel is right on the beach. It was quiet, comfortable, and just what I was looking for. The staff is so friendly, and breakfast was excellent! I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great location right across the street from the beach. Close to Pescara's main square. Lot's of restaurants & stores near by. Right across the street from the boardwalk. There are no balconies. Rooms are small. The bathrooms are good with lots of water pressure, although the shower handle is mounted at the bottom, rather than up top. Half a shower door, so water will go everywhere if you're not careful. There is very little furniture on the roof top patio which gives you a great view of the boardwalk & the beach.

Great location
Great central location on the front, very good breakfast. Given the location, parking around the hotel difficult but hotel had spaces which they let us have- essential to book parking with the hotel in advance.

Left a bag of important documents for a colleague to pick up. With colleagues name. With the two from desk staff. Colleague passsed to pick up and bag was lost/ gone or thrown out

Very happy with the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff very friendly and room was very clean. We had a view of the beach which was lovely. It was good to have our car parked in the private carpark at hotel. This was only a short stay but would be happy to recommend to friends.

Room 236 does not correspond to my order very far. Not comfortable living conditions in the room due to the small area and dark color of the design. Bed and pillows are not comfortable, bed linen and towels are dilapidated. Paper slippers.The bed was very small.

Great stay.
Location was great. Very helpful staff. Room was very clean. Beautiful view from 4th floor facing beach. Went in September so beach was nice and quiet. Carpeting in hallways needed replacing badly! Lovely breakfast.

A real value for a very good hotel
Very nice hotel in a great location. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The staff was very polite and professional. I would definitely go back.

We had asked for a higher level room facing ocean. We got the first floor facing a rusty staircase. Room very very small. Fairly clean but old and outdated. Best thing was the location across street from Adriatic Sea. Breakfast average. Overall average.

We had stayed at this hotel last year in July for 2 days. Good location, great sea view, clean and comfortable. So we booked again for 1 night. When we opened the door to our room we found a big puddle of water on the floor. The ceiling was soaking wet and looked like it was about to collapse into the room. Front desk was so rude and said " it can't be" so he sent someone up to check. He confirmed what we found. They took us to another room and opened the door for us to go in and there was already someone in the room. We went to another room. The room had a bath and no shower and no way to fix the shower head attached to the taps to the wall. The air con was noisy and was opposite 2 lift doors. The man on the front desk said the hotel was full and could do nothing. He also said " it is only for 1 night you can go without a shower". We were straight from the beach and wanted to get ready to go out for dinner. After arriving at 17:30 and several calls to and from Expedia, at 19:30 we tried one last time. My wife offered to show him hospital papers confirming she had had a stroke recently he said we could use a single room on the 4th floor to shower but return to our room on the 3rd floor to sleep. We had no other choice. The room was old, filthy dirty with stains on the bathroom floor, thick dust on bathroom fittings and dirt around the window. The air con, controlled at reception, was turned off, the room was hot. Overall no sleep. Never again

The hotel is tired, and in need of better common area cleanings, and room refreshes. While the front desk assured us that the air conditioning was working properly, we could never get the room temperature below 76°F (24.5°C), and of course being right at the Adriatic, the humidity was quite high...

Hotel opposite beach
Make sure you ask for a balcony. We booked a classic room which was very small and you can't move around comfortably. And if you are big, the shower is hard to use as that's also very small. Our room looked out to the side, so we were overlooked by people opposite, but the hotel is in a great position and the breakfast they supply is amazing, there's something for everyone.
