What I didn't like isn't Motel 6 problem, my neighbors were a little to noisy. Property is clean, rooms comfortable, front desk clerk was friendly.

THINK TWICE!
TOOK OVER 1 HR. TO CHECK IN AT 11PM!! THREE DIFFERENT ROOMS BECAUSE SCAN KEYS DIDNT WORK! STOOD IN 40DEGREE WINDY WEATHER WHILE "ABBOTT & COSTELLO DINKED AROUND. I AM DISABLED AND ONLY ROOM THEY COULD GET OPEN WAS ON 2ND FLOOR MANAGER SAID WE SHOULD HAVE BOOKED THROUGH M6, NOT HOTELS.COM. I TRAVEL OFTEN & HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO SHABBLY, BAD EVEN IN 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES. NO, NONE, NADA NEVER AGAIN!!

This motel was the worst I have ever stayed in. No amenities basic, no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. If you wanted to dry your hair you have to go to the front desk, get it and take it back! Men partied outside have the night, in front of our door with their pickup truck backed up to our door!!!

Room was clean. No weird smells. Lady that check us in was nice and friendly. They need cigarettes bins so that they are not thrown all over the parking lot. Would definitely stay again.

The door access at this property is exterior entry sp it is very loud. The room smelled heavily of smoke and had bugs. The toilet was dirty. The parking lot was not well lit.

I arrived, and first thing guy says if I was the one calling. No, I had booked a room last Sunday. Daughter checked beds, found a set of linens dirty. He took care of immediately by offering clean linens.

We have stayed here before. So when we needed a place for a return visit we chose to stay here. The check in was quick and easy and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were flat and only 3 for 2 people. Could of used 4 since they were so flat we could of doubled up. The room was clean for the most part. I found spider webs along side the fridge, with dead insects in it and the same for the window sill. The caulking in front of the tub needed a serious scrubbing. I think there needed to be more towels (only 2 bath towels) as I use one for my hair and one for my body, leaving none available for the next person. The staff was friendly and helpful and we have another trip planned for next month and we will be booking a room here.

Called before booking to see if they had a crib, I was told that they did. upon arrival they infact did not. We got to our room, and immediately noticed they noise from the people next door. We could hear everything, including every time they got a text. They were in and out of their room from 12am to 6am non stop and the girl was clearly fighting with the dude. I complained to the office and they said that there was nothing that they could do. After the “neighbors” left they left their door open and left behind their empty pill bottles. We left after 7 hours of trying to get some sleep. Also, the doors peep hole was shoved full of toilet paper and someone had clearly broken the door down previously, based off of the previous holes in the door. Needless to say, we did not at all feel safe. If you have kids, a family, etc, pay the extra money for a halfway decent hotel

When I first arrived, I didn't pay attention to it but as the time went on, the smell of wet dog in the room got worse and worse. the next day when I opened the curtain you could see the dog snout prints everywhere. By this time, we were settled in the room and just sprayed febreeze to mask the smell. It is safe to say this room need a top to bottom cleaning to get the dog smell out. It was conveniently located to Walmart, DQ, Chili's, Lowe's, Greyhound, and every other person walking around In Abilene. I was constantly checking to make sure my vehicles weren't being broken into. Showers were hot and had pressure. The sheets on the bed were clean but the top covers were not. They smelled like dog.
