Good hotel
"Could be better with lift "

"Cannot fault the property at all. Staff in all areas of the hotel were welcoming and friendly always.
Only areas for improvement could be 2nd floor ceiling as exiting the lift and enforcing that catering staff use the tongs to put out pastries instead of their hands as this was a total turn off.
Overall a brilliant stay and would come again! Thank you"
