Some items listed weren't there upon arrival. Our rooms were selected to sleep 5. I could have sworn it said there was a sofa pull out sleeper and there was nothing of the sorts, just 2 queen beds when we had 5 to sleep in each room! There was no bidets in the rooms. 1 rooms heater would only blow cold air and almost every outlet didnt work to charge things. 1 lamp wouldnt work either when there are only 2 to light the room to begin with. Upon checkout it was clear thus room was a continual complaint room and i was told i should of said something sooner and they could have moved us but no sorry or comp for anything. Our rooms were ajoined ones and there was no carper/padding where the two rooms met, and the beds only had 3 sheets on em no comforter which made for chill nights especially when the 1 heater wouldn't work.

Nothing fancy, but its a clean and comfortable place to sleep for the night. Friendly staff, conveniently located, reasonable price. Will likely stay again if we make our way back through.

the room was pretty run down, the bathroom ceiling was caving in and looked awful. the plug outlet didnt work, had to get an extension cord from office. sketchy ppl hanging around outside the rooms. found bed bugs.

The staff was good especially during checkout. The unit needs upgrade - the bathroom door needs to be replaced, there are cracks on walls and ceiling, and the bathroom didn’t work. Someone needs to inspect each room and repair or replace things that are not working.
