“Room great!”
Great room, spacious and clean! Not the most exciting of views but that does not matter. Room was lovely. We had food in the hotels restaurant which wasnt as great, waited ages for our food to come, the order was wrong, and they never ordered our drinks which let down my opinion of the hotel overall. Friendly staff.
“Could do better”
Jury's Inn is part of a new-ish shopping mall next to Aberdeen Railway station. No car parking is asisgned to this hotel and you have to park overnight in the shopping mall multi storey. Unfortunately there's 2 car parks and it's not clear either from the hotel website or from the outside which is the closest and therefore best to use. Rooms comfortable and fairly clean. No room service whatsoever after 10:30 pm though, so best make alternative arrangements if you're arriving late. Again something the website diesn't make you aware of. Buffet brekfast in the morning was very good and worth the extra cost. Would consider using again, ideal place to stay if your arriving by rail.
“Good hotel....but chilly night.”
Hotel well located and staff always helpful. One disappointment...could not get heating to work in the evening and overnight...although it was most efficient during the day when not there.
“Nae bad”
Excellent location & clean rooms, there is no hotel parking so you have to park and pay at shopping mall also no fridge in the room. Also the bus outside the hotel runs a regular service to the airport which took around 20 minutes (5:30am) and cost £1.70
“Great Location”
this hotel was great, aside from the noise. It is located within the mall, which is linked to the train station....perfect for those travelling by rail! The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. Bed was quite comfy. Only downfall we has was facing the rail tracks, and noisy neighbouring rooms.
“The Jury's not out!”
Very helpful staff. Watch out - a round of sandwiches is a very generous helping! Good location for shopping and travel. Wweekend prices reasonable/ weekday prices steep like the rest of Aberdeen. More teabags, hot chocolate and a packet of biscuits in the room would have rounded things off but this is a pretty minor point.
“Good Location and Facilities”
Great location, most rooms are new but fit and finish leave a lot to be desired. No wireless in the rooms, and payed for internet very expensive. This is a must fix for Jurys to attract more business.
“Bad first impressions”
We found the hotel to be very comfortable. However, we would not recommend it to anyone because of the difficulty in finding it. There was nowhere to unload your luggage and it had to be dragged through from the railway station carpark and then through the shopping centre to find the entrance to the hotel. Once there, the staff were very helpful and the room and restaurants very good. But a poor first impression had already been formed.
