“Great Location”

this hotel was great, aside from the noise. It is located within the mall, which is linked to the train station....perfect for those travelling by rail! The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. Bed was quite comfy. Only downfall we has was facing the rail tracks, and noisy neighbouring rooms.

“Right on the doorstep”

This hotel is right in the middle of Union Square where the trains and buses terminate as well as an excellent new shopping and eating mall. The staff were all polite and attentive and we were offered a choice of rooms. Having been to this hotel on several ocassions we did not have the breakfast, not because it was not excellent but there are so many eateries to explore that it is a shame to limit yourself to one place. We did have a drink in the bar which is a pleasent surrounding but is a little expensive compared to the bars and restaurants that are very close by therefore we would recommend you take a walk around the area and discover Aberdeen. We will definately return to this hotel not just because it was convenient but it was of excellent standard.

“Handy location, decent hotel”

Once you work out how to get in (via the shopping centre) the Jurys Inn is a lovely spot for a stay in Aberdeen, very well located especially if you arrive by train, and connected to the Union Square shopping centre so cinema, shops and restaurants (and the train station) are all available without going outside! Could do with an additional lift, since checkout time was very congested, but the rooms are comfortable, most with lovely views across the city, and the staff work hard and deliver a decent service. Not sparkling, but altogether good enough.

“Good hotel....but chilly night.”

Hotel well located and staff always helpful. One disappointment...could not get heating to work in the evening and overnight...although it was most efficient during the day when not there.

“Great Visit.”

This hotel is one of the best i have stayed in.Located in the centre of town and connected to a shopping mall it was surprisingly quiet due to good soundproofing.Comfortable room ,friendly service,very clean,quality breakfast,nice restaurant in fact all that is needed for a great visit in the city.If you are looking for a good quality hotel at reasonable price compared to other hotels look no further than Jurys Inn.When we stayed here there were functions on at the weekend but there was no problem with noise as these guests were put on another floor from our family one.The restaurant was closed due to these functions but there are many restaurants in the adjoining Union Square mall.All in all a hotel i would highly recommend.

“Nae bad”

Excellent location & clean rooms, there is no hotel parking so you have to park and pay at shopping mall also no fridge in the room. Also the bus outside the hotel runs a regular service to the airport which took around 20 minutes (5:30am) and cost £1.70

“MUCH better than expected”

After reading the reviews, I figured this was going to be a dive, but it was close to the train station and we were only staying the night. I was SO pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. Everything was new, fresh, comfortable, and wonderful. But the best part was the location - the train station opens up to a mall, and the entrance to the hotel is IN the mall! Didn't even have to go outside, which was pretty great since we got in at 11:30 at night and were expecting a very cold walk with all our luggage. We left our room in the morning 10 minutes before our train time, grabbed breakfast on the way in the mall, and still made it with time to spare. I definitely reccommend!

“Excellent hotel.”

Hotel very clean and modern. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly and polite. Great location and very close to train station. Quiet hotel, considering it was right in the centre, no traffic noise. Modern bathroom and shower. Breakfast well organised, plenty of choice. Easy check in and check out.

“New hotel, great location”

This is a new hotel situated above the sparkling new shopping mall and the original Aberdeen railway station. It is very convenenient to the main street of Aberdeen. In the mall there are numerous retaurants and shops including an Apple store. We were able to find inexpensive and excellent food and also bought a few clothes from the outdoor shop. The surrounding area is safe and is about 100 metres from the port where you can watch huge service ships head out to the oil rigs We arrived by car but the hotel would be very convenient for train travellers as you can walk out of the station into the mall and take the escalator to the hotel, all under cover. we had some difficulty with car parking as the staff couldn't give advice about car parks. However I found you can park at the railway car park for 6 Pound per day (24 hours). It is quite safe and is situated in South College St on the opposite side of the station from the hotel. Make sure you drive down to the lower floors operated by the railways. If you go up to the shopping centre car park level you will pay 15 pound per day. You can drop off luggage and passengers at the front of the Hotel and railway staion in Guild St then drive to the car park. The breakfast is included and is great! I would certainly stay at this hotel again
