“Excellent Location”

We had a great stay at the hotel. The only thing thst was a bit annoying was we were in a room next to the meeting room and when trying to take a nap I was disturbed with the meeting room door getting slammed shut. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely be going back in the future.

“Good city centre affordable hotel”

Close to the city centre and with a bakery right across the street it is ideal for a short cheap stay in Aberdeen. Breakfast included too!

“Parking Spaces”

The hotel was as you would expect. The one dissapointing aspect was the parking. Although it says on the site that there is free parking, there are only about 10 spaces and then fill up very quickly. We paid an extra £14 to leave our car in a muti-story car park up the road.

“Too noise”

It can be very noisy unless you are assigned a back room

“Express Aberdeen”

Convenient and clean but everyone up for a 'stag' or 'hens' is also staying at the hotel, so sleep is not easily obtained.

There was a horrible damp smell in the room but the room was clean

“clean and superb friendly service, but bed quality not good”

The hotels service is really good, and it fully deserve its three starts to glow bright. The only, but yet important, downside was the quality of the bed. It felt unstable and each time one turn the other would definitely wake up. We would go back, but would try to ask for two separate beds next time.

“Room Like an Oven in July”

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in Aberdeen city centre. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast good although the staff appeared to be unfriendly, even at reception. The worst aspect of this hotel was that the bedrooms were like an oven in July with no air-con, no fan and only a window that partially opened (just a crack). Our room, overlooking Chapel Street was very noisy during the night from the taxi rank below, with taxi drivers talking and shouting and generally making a noise the whole night.
