the car park only holds 17 cars very tightly no large cars would get in as its underground so as a car driver its a no go for me expensive parking around the hotel.rekon the staff use the carpark so they would be better sayong no carpark then people wont be disapointed location perfect hotel clean tired a bit but no problems

“Waitng staff need to try harder.”

Room was fine, bathroom needed some maintenance, towel rail not attached at bottom. Food was good, but service was slow and uncoordinated in the bar and restaurant. Waited 20mins before anyone came to take my order at breakfast, after being shown to the table. Reception staff most helpful.

“Going downhill fast”

Window stuck open, lights did not work properly, bath door stuck, mildew around the tub,and this was a deluxe room. Hamburger burned to a crisp, kept getting laundry deliveries for other people

“Over rated and over priced”

Poor hotel. Parking is a joke. Few spaces crammed in the basement. Tiny rooms. No ventilation except small window that only opened a few inches. Internet service didn't work. Breakfast price was robbery. Wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.

“Disappointing”

Generally a bit dingy, needed re-decoration, carpark was full of abandoned cars making exit very difficult. Breakfast was poor and the shower in the room wasn't much good. I wouldn't go back.

“Smokers beware..”

Although the hotel itself is comfortable, there are 2 points to note: 1. If there is a function on, it can be loud and boisterous. 2. If you are a smoker, you are treated terribly, and the only smoking rooms are directly above the function room...we couldn't sleep, watch TV or relax due to the noise. Even worse was the fact the room was not cleaned..although the bed was made, everything else was left as is..towels, cups etc..houekeeping must have been distracted, or went home before finishing.

“Disappointing to say the least”

Splashes of toothpaste on back of bathroom door. Mirror dirty. Carpet not hoovered. Shower curtain clingy and disabled rail nearly forces you out of the shower. Shower head too low. Toilet difficult to flush. Fire door in basement carpark locked at night (thats a no-no) No parking agreement with local authorities. Breakfast ok, but not stella. Diappointed. This hptel used to be much, much better, and is cetainly NOT 4 star quality. Go elsewhere.

“absolutely not a 4-star, not worthy to be a 1-star”

The bed is tiny and not large enough to hold a man of average built. Whenever someone walks in the hallway, the whole floor vibrates and the drawer of the night table opens by itself. The bathroon is just disgusting. The restaurant of the hotel is just pathetic. The prices are high, the portions are tiny and the food is horrible. There are lots of stairs in the hotel. Someone carrying an average suitcase will have to torture himself dragging the suitcase or bag through all these stairs. The elevator is tiny and can hold one person and a suitcase at a time. There are only 2 small restaurants close to the hotels and they look dubious. The Jurys Inn which charges almost the same rate is by far more comfortable and is in a better location.

“Awful”

Filthy bathroom with colonies of black moulds. Useless sound insulation. Wait-staff were untrained.
