“Terrible hotel”

This hotel is not acceptable for visitors who have even low quality expectations. Our room was a disgrace in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The sink had numerous cracks, the complimentary shampoo was half used, every surface had a layer of dust, lying on the bed was like lying on bricks and the actual bed was leaping with bed bugs. We actually slept with our clothes on as the scratching was getting ridiculous. We checked out after one night of a two night stay.
